Electrically Operated Hydraulic Torque wrench for Crab Nut.

1.Order shall be placed on the manufacturers or its authorized agents who have successfully supplied the tendered item i . e . Electrically Operated Hydraulic Torque wrench to Zonal Railways/PUs/CORE/PSUs/Other Central Govt. Department/ Metro Railway/ Sate Goverement, in last three financial year and current financial year up to the date of tender opening. (Note : Other conditions related with implementation and applicability of eligibility criteria shall be as per Para 1.1 of NWR SBD section I)

Essential Qualifying Criteria for Accepatcne of Bids:- : 1. Offered models should be of latest technology. The bidder should share website details of offered product during tender submission(If Available). 2.All the items should be same OEM/Manufacturer. 3.The bidder should be OEM or its Authorized dealer. In case of dealer, the bidder must submit tender specific OEM authorization certificate with offer. 4.The OEM of the product should have technical support centre in India for spares & service requirements for coming 10 years. The same should be mentioned in OEM letter head. The bidder shall submit the same during tendering. 5.Bid should be completed in all aspects covering entire scope of Supply, Demonstration, Testing, and Commissioning and should conform to the technical specification indicated in the bid document duly supported with technical catalog where ever applicable by the bidder. Incomplete and non-conformity bid lead to rejection. 6.It must be certified by the bidder the offered item and its concomitant accessories are completely included with offered machine and no any other accessories left for successfully operation of the machine. 7.Catalogue/Detailed specification of offered item should be provided with bid. NOTE:-In case the bidder is not a manufacturer, then the bidder is required to documentary evidence in respect of the above clauses of the concerned manufacturer (having supplied such items either by manufacturer himself or his distributor) Along with the techno commercial bid.

Certificate along with supply is required to Consignee- : 1. Bidder should provide NABL/NABL approved lab/Other Govt. Approved lab calibration certificate. 2. Bidder should provide c Test certificate and warranty certificate to the consignee along with material. 3.Technical Literature/Operation manual/ part catalogue:- (i)- 02 Hard Copies of Operation Manual of complete machine and all parts. (ii)-02 Hard Copies of Part Catalogue/Diagram with part no. for repair and rectification purpose.

Agents and trader are not exempted EMD based on their own MSE certificate.

Techncial Rejection Criteria in respect of OEM/Authorized dealer:- : The bidder shall have to describe point wise clearly and serially as per our specifications. Vague or incomplete description will lead to rejection.

Agents and traders are required to submit tender specific OEM authorization letter along with offer failing to which their offer will be treated invalid and offer will be summarily rejected.

Onsite Warranty:- 30 months from the date of supply or 24 months from the date of commissioning with all accessories and machine.

I/We agree to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by me/us in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and (or) Special and (or) other conditions specified/attached with the tender. I/We also confirm that rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance. Such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. [Denial of this Conditions not recommended]

In case the tenderer is an agent of the manufacturer, they should clearly indicate the same and also enclose current authorization certificate from the manufacturer to this effect on the letter head of manufacturer and also mention the place where the equipment will be offered for pre inspection before dispatch.

Tenderer should mention in their offer: - 1. Name of manufacture with complete address. 2. Place of inspection be indicated with completeaddress, option for inspections at godowns /outstation/multiple places be strictly avoided, and preferably be permitted only at manufacturers place.

All the bidders/tenders should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure/rates are as per GST Law. In case the successfultenderer is not liable to be registered under CGST/IGST/UTGST/SGSTAct, The railway shall deduct the applicable GST from his/their bills underreverse charge mechanism (RCM) and deposit the same to the concerned tax authority.

EMD and SD Condition: As per Clause 3 of Section-I & per Clause 12 of Section-II of NWR SBD appended with this tender.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
