M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/mass filling all as complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, copings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonary Secunderabad type, well bedded, bonded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.2 above, but except stone complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Stones obtained from item No. 06 shall be used.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of wall in CM (1:3), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape reqd including cranking bending spirally for hoping columns hookings ends binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups spaces and binder, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-Cast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Cover Slab drains and Similar Articles with Plain Faces and Set in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for providing pre cast RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in posts, struts etc area exc 100 and n exc 250 Sqcm with or without chamfered angles complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be Measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors/pavings n.exc 15cm thick below or above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete (1:3:6) Type C2 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in Surface Channels and Drains, etc., including Use and Waste of necessary Form Work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement Concrete (1:3:6) Type C2 (40mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in Plinth protection , etc., finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including Use and Waste of necessary Formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B1 by using 20mm graded aggregate 1:2:4 as in flooring etc. including finished surface smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type B1 by using 40mm graded aggregate 1:2:4 as in paths etc laid in panels including finished surface smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any Position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the same from Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Type B0 (12.5mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, Kerbs, bed plates, Copings, roof Kerbs, etc., rounded or Chamfered angles and throating as directed including Use and Waste of Formwork as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing/demolition of rusted and unserviceable barbed wire fencing of any size (each line) and any position, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straing and fixing to nay type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples and pins etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 23 above, but fixing only (Material obtained from item No.22 above to be used) complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraining resucuring including making good staples etc, steel barbed wire any dia barbed with barbs spacings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old damaged chain link fencing wire mesh any type and size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size and type to any type of standards and including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for structural steel work for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hips and jack rafters, purlins, running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Gde Fe-410-W, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 0.80 mm thick Mild steel plain black sheet in water troughs, gutters, wall cladding, ducts, etc cut to size, profiles, edges beaded if required, holes punched, including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel members etc with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning, etc as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoin, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (with old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut in skirting /dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on plastered surface walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rain water pipes or drain pipes, (PVC/SWG), (any size or pattern) (wall or floor) including all fittings heads, shoes bends, swan-necks etc incl cleaning or refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, laid in trench, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 55 above, but 75mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.
