Hiring decorative gate light by LED multicolor scenery board at jetty no. 2, 3, 4 & 5 at Kachuberia in Sagar Hiring and fitting fixing of LED multicolor pixel scenery board with necessary bamboo structure , power connection with suitable size wire, and dismantling and taken out the same from the site after completion of Ganga Sagar Mela 2020 all complete as per direction of EIC.

Temporary Illumination work of permanent gate Supply and delivery of the following materials at site on hire basis as per requirement to complete temporary illumination work of permanent gate of Kachuberia a. Colour flexible type waterproof strip LED lights (5m in each strip) b. Colour water proof Casing LED light (suitable length of each casing 5 mtr) c. Colour changing LED par light d. SMPS of capacity 10/ 20 Amps input- 230 volt, 50 Hz output- 12 volt DC for power supply e. Die cast aluminium different colour LED spot lights in 3W x 3 lamp configuration and housed in waterproof fittings f. Microprocessor based chaser PCB with 12 volt input and 12 volt 5 channel output supply for controlling the casing LED running system. g. 23/36 grade 1.1 KV 3 core screened cables h. 3 core 2.25 Sq.mm, 1.1 KV grade copper unarmored cables i. single core unarmoured unsheathed 1.5 sq.mm, 1.1 KV grade copper cable

Temporary installation of all above light fixtures, and accessories in different places of the gate as per direction for beautification of the gate up to the entire satisfaction of the EIC

Double earthing the whole installation as per I.E Rules and IS specifications

Fitting fixing at site of departmentally supplied LED display board of size 12 ‘ x 2’ on permanent gate of Kachuberia by suitable arrangement and dismantling of the same after completion of the mela

Dismantling and removing the LED decorating light sets from different position of gate after completion of the Mela

Providing beautification LED pixel designer stand light at jetty no-1 on hire basis with deptt. Approved designs & fitting fixing & drawing & connection of power line as per direction of EIC. From 01.01.21 to 08.01.21=6 nos x 8 days=48 nos From 09.01.21 to 12.01.21=24 nos x 4 days=96 nos Total=144 Nos

Welcome board, LED board, Flex board and additional lighting Providing LED welcome board near LCT Jetty and jetty no 1 having steel structure angle frame with 12' x 2' x 4' MS plate having 48 nos LED block (1" x 6") and the letters should be programmable to different colour and text format as per direction EIC. The item includes the cost of fitting fixing and dismantling and taken out after completion of mela.

Hiring fitting fixing and running of 10 nos 180 W led Par light having input power supply of 100-240v 50-60 Hz with auto/manual colour transition with brightness controlling programme with supply on hire basis of DM box with DMX cable as reqd to complete the job from 11-01-21 to 17-01-21

Providing printed flex on back side bamboo structure for decorative LED scenery board at jetty no 2, 3, 4 and 5 in connection with Ganga Sagar Mela 2021 including the cost of fitting fixing and dismantling and taken out the same after completion of Mela.

Illumination arrangement of extended road from Ashram more to Bakultala more and Bakultala to Bypass No 5 at Kachuberia point in connection with Ganga Sagar Mela - 2021 Drawing sodium vapour light fixture on existing WBSEDCL pole & on bamboo/salbolla post with 400 watt SV lamp and fixture including all other accessories on hire basis from 05-01-2021 to 17-01-2021 = 13 days x 75 nos

Providing beautification LED pixel designer stand light at jetty no-1 on hire basis with deptt. Approved designs & fitting fixing & drawing & connection of power line as per direction of EIC. From 13.01.21 to 17.01.21=24 nos x 5 days=120 nos

Supply on hire basis salbollah post & erection of salbollah post of 4.88 M. long 0.10 M (Av.) dia. at different places as per direction of EIC on hire basis.

Drawing L.T. Distribution line and feeder line from medium pressure voltage by 3 ph. 4 wire system including earthing as per I.E Rules and I.S.S. by 16 Sq. mm. to 50 Sq. mm. PVC single core wire on hire basis on PCC pole and salbollah post including supply of necessary materials required for the work complete as per direction of the EIC.

Drawing street light on the existing post from different places as per direction of EIC supplying on hire basis 40 watt. 4 ft. long tube light, choke, starter, Holder and other necessary materials required for the work complete. From 08.01.2021 to 17.01.2021 = 10 days x 60 pts.

Guarding arrangement of the whole installation for the entire mela period round the clock.

Taken out the whole installation of the above items after mela period as per direction of EIC.

Making illumination arrangement at VIP Dining Hall and allied work at Bamunkhali including hiring of LED Flood light for LCT Jetty at Kachuberia in connection with Ganga Sagar Mela -2021 Making decorative lighting at VIP Dining Hall providing LED coloured lamps, Jharbati, colour combination with the fixture of the pandel, light on wash basin as necessary as per direction.

Providing yard lighting arrangement by hiring and fitting fixing of required nos LED flood light and sodium vapour fixture on bamboo/salbollah post as desired by disrtrict authority.

i) LED flood light from 10.01.2021 to 16.01.2021 = 17days x 15 pts

ii) 250 Kw Ssv Lamp from 10.01.2021 to 16.01.2021 = 17days x 10 pts

Providing illumination arrangement at security room, staff room, cameraman room etc as necessaey as per direction.

Hiring and fitting fixing of 210 watt lED flood light at LCT lower jetty for sufficient illimnunation at the area with suitable post andfclamping arrangement for fixing with the existing structure, drawing power line with water proof cable, and making inter connection with suitable size wire and dismantlinhg and taken out the same from the site after completion of Gangasagar Mela 2021 all complete as per direction of EIC. from 02.01.2021 to 15.01.2021 = 4 Sets x 14days = 56 unit

Considering present pandemic situation actual quantity of work may differ from BOQ which shall be finalized by the EIC / competent authority in due course..
