Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns , raft and raft beams, sides and soffits ( if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter flat fair finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rebars which has not lost their life need to be cleaned properly with mechanical means to remove the Loose rust and to achieve complete removal of dust, REBAKLENS of Fosroc or equivalent to be applied on the steel bars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement by applying zinc rich epoxy based protective coating with Zinc Rich Epoxy coating like Nitozinc Primer std of Fosroc or equivalent on the dry surface of the rebars (existing and additional rebars if provided) . Application of the products shall be by manufacturer’s authorized applicator and as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and applying structural grade two-component solvent-free epoxy resin based bonding agent with an open time of ≥6hrs (Nitobond EP of FOSROC, or equivalent) having shear strength 10N/mm² in 7 days. (Mode of measurement shall be the area of application of concrete surface). Application of the products shall be by manufacturer’s authorized applicator and as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed. Notes : The Area includes in this items up to 25m high over head water tank necessary scaffolding and all other arrengments deemds to includes in the rates.

Supply and application of single component, dual shrinkage compensated fiber reinforced repair mortar Rendroc Sp 40 of FOSROC or equivalent having compressive strength minimum 45MPa in 28 days and Flexural Strength 8 Mpa in 28days, for replacing the damaged part of concrete and repairing the damaged surface of concrete. The item includes cost towards all complete. Application of the products shall be by manufacturer’s authorized applicator and as per manufacturer’s specifications

Supplying and injecting Low viscous epoxy injection resin for crack injection grouting with (Conbextra EP10 of FOSROC or equivalent) having Flexural strength of 40N/mm² in 7 days and Compressive strength of 45N/mm² in 1 day, by pressure and using injector with accessories till nozzles refused to accept the grout, all tools and materials complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Application of the products shall be by manufacturer’s.

M&L for Providing and carry out waterproofing treatment to OHT after proper surface preparation by mechanical grinding to remove loose concrete, dirt, loose mortar, curing compound etc. pre-dampening concrete surface, mixing and application of two coats of Nitocote CM 210 or equivalent (as approved by GE) using suitable brush or roller as per coverage etc. complete including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer’s specification. Coating shall be approved under UK Water Byelaws Scheme, shall be having resistance to positive water pressure – 5 Bars(50 meter) (DIN 1048)Pt 5, negative water-pressure of 3 Bars (30 meter),static crack accommodation of 0.9 mm complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for tank/reservoir lining shall be Nitocote EP405 or equivalent (as approved by GE) of 200 micron DFT, a two pack epoxy coating pecific ally designed for contact with potable water. The cured fi lm shall comply with the requirements of IS:9833 – 1981.

M&L for providing and applying high performance anticarbonation coating of min 200 micron thickness Deckguard E 200 or equivalent (as approved by GE) with 2mm static crack bridging ability,co2 diffusion resistance, chloride ion resistance complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for railiing, ladders walk way railling of over head water tank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills , gratings, ladder, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars ; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters ; walk ways ; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including supply and fixing angles flat iron (any section) for stairs stair railling of water tank upto 25m hight including neccesarry scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Welding in repairs n.exc 2.5 cm in length, Thickneess of metal to Exc 9 mm but n exc 20 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition reinforced cement concrete in any description and in any position roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas Shelves and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on RCC chajjas/facia over 20mm thick in CM 1:4 as doubing coat etc complete all as specified and directed.
