Laying and Jointing PVC Pipe. Heading

Dismantling /disconnecting & taking down insulaters of any size & capacity.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 100 mm X 65 mm pin insulator complete with G. I. Spindle and nuts etc. as required .

Supplying and erection of 75 mm X 900 mm shackle insulator with G. I. Bolt, nuts and straps etc. as required .

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 2 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required .

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 4 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required .

Supplying and erection of galvanised 'D' iron clamps complete with shackle insulator (75 mm X 90 mm),G. I. bolts, nuts and washers, coach screws etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of galvanised 'D' iron clamps complete with shackle insulator (100 mm X 110 mm), G.I. bolts, nuts and washers, coach screws etc. as required.

Supply and Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required.

Strengthening and Restringing of HT / LT over head ACSR conductor of any size in overhead lines inlcuding removing and replacement of binding wire from insulators ,before stringing and rebinding of insulators after stringing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.Note_Each conductor will measured separatly.

M & L for galvanised steel wire, 3.15 or 4 mm dia fixing, stringing on pole, including binding, fixed directly on pole or used as cradles including taking down existing rusted GI wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismanlting of old jumper, including supply and fixing new jumper connection at out point on HT/LT over head line with suitable size of ASCR conductor 6 / 1 x 2.59 mm (ferret) , alkathine sleaves complete of required length not exceeding 2mtr inlcuding testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade 3.5 Core of size Upto 95 sq. mmdirect in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 corex 120 Sqmm XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required :

supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, 95 Sqmm XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required :

M & L for painting of steel tubular pole with two coats of aluminium paint incl cross arms (for single pole), clamps etc complete including marking of pole No with black paint with all arrangement for ladder etc all as specified and directed for 9 m long LT pole.

M & L for painting of bottom portion of the steel tubler of any size pole upto 1.0 m from top of the copping with one coat of synthetic enamel red paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed for HT /LT pole of any size.

Cutting / Tiriming of Tree branches which are touching to HT/LT over head lines and clearing the same up to 01 meter radius all around the conductor , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing TPN 125 Amp, 35 KA 415 Volt rating and breaking capacity MCCB in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Providing and fixing TPN 160 Amp, 35 KA 415 Volt rating and breaking capacity MCCB in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Providing and fixing TPN 250 Amp, 35 KA 415 Volt rating and breaking capacity MCCB in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.
