Demolition of precast cement concrete block walling built in CM or cement lime Mortar complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth in soft/loose soil for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed

M&L for removing excavated material (any type of soil) to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry exc 10 cm width with solid block PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of concrete/PCC block surfaces of walls finished even and fair (without using extra cement) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for returning filling in hard/dense soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed
