Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - including cost of cement, stone aggregates, mainland river sand, all labour charges, cost of minor tools, transportation charges, GST, labour welfare cess etc complete. - All work upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement, 1.5 mainland river sand, 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and laying 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement, 4 mainland River sand) including cost of materials, transportation, minor tools, labour charges, labour cess,water charges, CP, GST etc complete.

Painting two coats over old wall with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand by EIC (Ultima/ All Guard/ Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger) or equivalent of preparation of required colour and manufacture to give an even shade at all locations, preparation of surface including cleaning, scraping of the existing painted surface, cost of emulsion paint, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, transportation charges, all labour charges and minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess, Water charges, CP etc complete.

Two coats on old work painting with synthetic enamel colour paint 1st quality of approved brand by EIC (Ultima/ All Guard / Asian / Nerolack/ Berger)or equivalent over steel surface, preparation of surface including cleaning, scrapping of existing painted surafce cost of paint, brush, scaffolding arragement, tranportation cahrges of all materials to worksite ,all labour charges, minor tools, LWC, CP, Water charges, GST, etc., complete.

Providing eaves or facia board with 0.3m x 0.025m SHW Category - II planks fixed in position complete as instructed by EIC including cost of all materials, labour charges, labour cess, Transportation charges, minor tools, CP, water charges, GST etc complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, using structural steel etc.as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, rallings, brackets, gates & similar works, including cost of all materials,all labour charges, minor tools, scaffolding charges,transportation charges, GST, labour welfare cess etc. complete.

Providing and laying Tarfelt sheet to stop the leakage including cost of tarfelt sheet and tarfelt gum, cost of all labour charges, transportation charges,all other material , minor tools, scaffolding charges, labour welfare cess, GST etc. complete.

Cleaning and Sanitizing with disinfectant solution at entire area (internal & external) and jungle/ grass clearance at the surrounding area at Hut Bay as directed by EIC including cost of all labour charges, cost of cleaning materials, minor tools, transportation, GST, LWC, water charges, Contractor's Profit, etc complete.

Facilitation in assisting Sub - Divisional Works for Technical work at Hut Bay. The Work involves general Office assistance, Operating in computer, Operation of various Office machineries/ equipments like photocopier, printer, preparation of Tender document, GeM procurement, Preparation of Rate analysis and Scrutiny of Estimates, Supervising the works at site and performing Technical related works & maintaining records, perfoming general tasks, taking and recording field measurements, assisting in preparation of estimates and drawings, attending any other miscellaneous works asigned from time to time as directed by EIC including cost of all labour charges, transportation, GST, Water charges, LWC, Contractor's Profit etc complete.
