SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP) AT AVA HILL Designing (hydraulically, structurally & aesthetically), providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of STP of capacity 75 cum/day (KLD) (suiting to the climatic conditions of the site) consisting of Inlet chamber(RCC), Fine bar Screen chamber (manual) RCC with steel screen, Oil & Grease Remover (RCC), Grit separator, Equalization Tank (2 Tanks of 50% Capacity each)/ any other type of tank as per requirement of technology adopted, Air Grid for Equalization Tanks/ any other type of system as per requirement of technology adopted if required, Feed Pumps (2 No), Bacterial media (of appropriate density, size and quantity to keep very high MLSS > 15,000 mg/lit)/ any other system of bacterial ingestion in appropriate density and quantity to keep suitable count at all stages, Air Blowers if required based on technology adopted, Tube Settler assembly if required based on technology adopted, Sludge Drying Bed of appropriate size if required based on technology adopted, Chlorine Dozing System, Chlorine contact tank, Foundation for all E/M equipments, Associated piping work with required valves, gates, drains, pathways, Electrical control Panel with interconnecting cable, spare parts for 2 years of operation, etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical, digital and mechanical works as per detailed specifications for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes complete. For tertiary treatment it also includes Filter Feed Tank of RCC, Filter Feed Pumps, Dual Media Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Treated water Tank in RCC. Treated water can be used for irrigation, horticulture, fire fighting and MT wash complete all as directed.

Top room as per zonal specifications included for average flow 51-100 cum/day and with overall depth 6.5 m, IL of sewer upto 4 m, inner dia of sewer 2m for collection sump at Ava Hill and mandir view etc complete all as directed.

(h) Carrying out necessary measure to achieve parameters of STP treated water as per Standards for Discharge of STP should be are as follows:- (a) pH 6.5 - 8.5 (b) COD <30 mg/L (c) BOD <10 mg/L (d) TSS <10 mg/L (e) Total Nitrogen 10 mg/L (f) Total Phosphorus 1 mg/L (g) Fecal Coliform Nil (h) Odour No foul odour and latest as per latest CPHEEO Manual for Sewerage and Sewage Disposal (j) Operation of DG Set etc (k) Inspect equalization tank/entry to system for blockages, plastics etc and remove. (m) Inspect aerator and note biomass growth, recirculation and any malodour. (n) Grease for all bearings. (o) Drain gearbox oil and replace Also check holding plate bolts. (p) Check shaft for wear and alignment. (q) Check all bearings for wear and tear, check all bolts for tightness and check chain coupling and check bolts for tightness. (r) Check motor for overheating (by touch) and remove dust etc. from air fins,grease all bearings through nipples,grease all chain couplings through casing nipples, check oil level in gearbox and top up if necessary,check sludge return system from humus tank for function,apply light lubricating oil in small quantities to locks and hinges,preparing & submitting monthly report on performance of the plant
(viii) Contractor has to submit the list of employees including reserve alongwith police verification, Aadhar card, Aadhar card linked Bank Account No and relevant documents as mentioned in PS to the Engineer-in-Charge alongwith performance security before issue work order. (ix) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by his alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment (x) Contractor has to employ the number of labours per day as intimated by the Engineer-in-Charge for which he has to make alternative arrangement. (xi) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (xii) Contractor shall quote the rates considering their monthly leaves, releiver etc as per labour laws and nothing extra shall be paid on account of the above. In case of absence of staff/tradesman from duty, payment of that day will not be paid. In addition to that a penalty of Rs 1500/- per day per person will be recovered from contractors dues. Also in case of long absence (more than one week) of staff/tradesman, the penalty shall be recovered including Sundays & Holidays if any. The contractor shall have no claim on this account. (xiii) Contractor has to supply two sets of Tools and Plants (as applicable) to the labours employed by him and should be placed with the safe custody of department. Rates quoted shall be deemed to be included the above provision.
Testing of water before and after treatment of Sewage through NABL accredited lab for following parameters:- (i) Suspended Solids (ii) Particle size of Suspended solid (iii) Dissolved solids (inorganic) (iv) pH value (v) Oil & Grease (vi) Total Residual Chlorine (vii) Ammonical Nitrogen (as N) (viii) Total Nitrogen (as N) (ix) Free Ammonia (as NH3) (x) Biochemical Oxygen Demand (xi) Chemical Oxygen Demand and test report shoul be submitted last day of every month.
Second Year

(viii) Contractor has to submit the list of employees including reserve alongwith police verification, Aadhar card, Aadhar card linked Bank Account No and relevant documents as mentioned in PS to the Engineer-in-Charge alongwith performance security before issue work order. (ix) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by his alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment (x) Contractor has to employ the number of labours per day as intimated by the Engineer-in-Charge for which he has to make alternative arrangement. (xi) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (xii) Contractor shall quote the rates considering their monthly leaves, releiver etc as per labour laws and nothing extra shall be paid on account of the above. In case of absence of staff/tradesman from duty, payment of that day will not be paid. In addition to that a penalty of Rs 1500/- per day per person will be recovered from contractors dues. Also in case of long absence (more than one week) of staff/tradesman, the penalty shall be recovered including Sundays & Holidays if any. The contractor shall have no claim on this account. (xiii) Contractor has to supply two sets of Tools and Plants (as applicable) to the labours employed by him and should be placed with the safe custody of department. Rates quoted shall be deemed to be included the above provision.
Testing of water before and after treatment of Sewage through NABL accredited lab for following parameters:- (i) Suspended Solids (ii) Particle size of Suspended solid (iii) Dissolved solids (inorganic) (iv) pH value (v) Oil & Grease (vi) Total Residual Chlorine (vii) Ammonical Nitrogen (as N) (viii) Total Nitrogen (as N) (ix) Free Ammonia (as NH3) (x) Biochemical Oxygen Demand (xi) Chemical Oxygen Demand and test report shoul be submitted last day of every month.
