Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside ACTREC campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal disposal of unserviceable material outside ACTREC campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster of mix for wall with ready mix plaster wherever required as per the instructions of Engineer incharge

Removing the existing PVC flooring alongwith handing over servicable material and disposal of waste as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying poly vinyl chloride (PVC) rolls flooring manufactured of approved make and approved pattern for flooring, skirting/dado laid on existing cement tile or concrete of plastered floor finish with suitable adhesive as per manufacturers specifications close jointed and finished to proper bends, slopes and plumbs as directed etc. complete generally as per manufacturer’s specifications. :Providing & laying new 2mm thck PVC flooring tiles.

ALUMINUM ANODISED PARTITION AND/OR WINDOWS WORK: Providing & fixing alumimium partition to the required height partly glazed and partly panneled or fully glazed o r fully panneled using aluminium section of satin finish anodizing of required size (50 to 100mm as per instruction Engineer incharge) for bottom, top, middle & vertical rails at required intervals panneling with 12mm thick Nova pan or ancholam both side pre-laminatd board fixed with sloping aluminium beeding all round with neoprine gasket glazing with 5.5mm forsted/ bajri/ plain glass of approved fixed with alumimium channel beeding two way PVC lining/ rubber gasket to ensure water tightness and No rattling including providing necessary cover mould using suitable alumimium section so as to take care of gaps between the walls/ ceiling / flooring and partitions etc. including providing and fixing necessary fittings including hinges as specified and directed by Engineer incharge.

ALUMINUM ANODISED SLIDING DOOR: Providing and fixing sliding door to consist of partly glazed panneled / fully panneled / fully glazed with using 5.5mm thick glass sheet of approved quality plain/ forsted/bajri glass fixed with aluminium slopping channel beeding with two way PVC lining/rubber gasket to ensure water tightness and Nos rattling and panneling with 12mm thick Nova pan or ancholam board prelaminated on both side as required 50 to 100mm section, guiding rail section, vertical rails section including providing PVC Guidrails of six 12mm x75mm as required at size concealed type locking arrangement with lock and heavy duty handle set as per requirement including providing & fixing pelmet of 18mm thick commercial ply with approved laminate of 1.5mm thick and teak wood lipping patti and Non-laminated surfaces should be polished with approved french polish at required shade & colour.

LABOUR CHARGES FOR ALUM WORKS: Removing the existing partitions/ doors and handing over the same at required place indicated by the engineer in charge. etc. complete.

LABOUR CHARGES FOR PARTITION WORK: Fixing available Aluminium partition with necessary modification including transporting the material at site,using accessory, material & labour etc.Complete all as per specified and directed by the Engs-Incharge.

Providing & Applying one / two coats of primer & thereafter two coats of paint as mentioned First quality to the required colour scheme and as per manufacturers instructions / specifications to the walls, beams, columns, ceilings, partitions doors etc. including thoroughly scrapping the existing surface with sand papers, removing old paint, filling up crevices and levelling with waterproof putty / plaster of paris of necessary to obtain smooth surface etc. complete job including removal of stains, painting spots on floors,aluminium window frame & glass etc as to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge :With Luster Paint two coats of primer and two coats of paint. ( Rate inclusive of scafflolding, labour charges, ladder etc.)

Providing and Applying and Levelling the existing surface with Birla White Cement based / Coloured waterproof Putty of average thickness of 2 mm of approved thickness, brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth ready for painting purpose etc complete ( Rate inclusive of Scaffolding Material, Labour Charges) Etc. Only to be applied at distressed areas and newly plastered surface as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing vertical blinds (Premier Quality) 100mm regular quality make made from 100%polyster yarn coated with fade resistance polymer to ensure minimum light transmittance having suitable coating on exterior in all respect as per design and instruction of EIC. Scope also includes removing of existing blinds and handing over to the concerned engineer or disposing the same as per the instructions of Engineer-incharge.[AS PER SAMPLE AVAILABLE AT SITE] [Payment will be made on actual Mesurement basis. Windows mesurement to be taken before installation of roller blinds for achieving one piece work. ]

Providing & Applying one / two coats of primer & thereafter two coats of TEXTURED paint as mentioned First quality to the required colour & SCHEME OF APPROVED DESIGN and as per manufacturers instructions / specifications to the doors and door frames including thoroughly scrapping the existing surface with sand papers, removing old paint, filling up crevices and levelling with waterproof putty / plaster of paris of necessary to obtain smooth surface etc. complete job including removal of stains, painting spots on floors,aluminium window frame & glass etc as to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge :With TEXTURED Designer Paint two coats of primer and two coats of paint. ( Rate inclusive of scafflolding, labour charges, ladder etc.)

Providing & fixing Roller blinds (Premium quality) of approved make with heavy duty roller brackets & necessary fixtures. Warranty for roller mechanism & others accessaries shall be for One year from date of installation. [AS PER SAMPLE AVAILABLE AT SITE] [Payment will be made on actual Mesurement basis. Windows mesurement to be taken before installation of roller blinds for achieving one piece work. ]

ALUMINIUM ANODISED SHUTTER: Providing fixing door frame & shutter side hung to consist of partly glazed partly panneled/ fully panneled/ fully glazed with 5.5mm thick glass sheet of approved make and quality plain or frosted of bajri glass fixed with two WAY PVC lining/rubber gasket to ensure Nostes tightness and No rattling and panneling with 12mm thick Nosva pan or Ancholam finished on both side as required using extruded alumimium section for shutter frame satin finish anosdized including P/F push-pull plates handles & of approved make & heavy duty fittings like tower bolts and Motice lock of Laxmi/Gold locks withkeys hinges of 5 inch or 6 inch as per requirement floor spring or door closer of suitable capacity etc. complete as specified and directed.

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK: At all levels including supplying cutting fabricating welding or blotting erecting and fixing in position including application of primer and synthetic enamel paint of approved colour as per the instruction of Engineer incharge

Cement grouting with water proofing compound wherever required as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

GLASS FIXINGProviding & fixing glass panes of approved make with teak wood bedding for window shutter : 6mm thick Glass

Thoroughly scrapping, removing all old paint, filling up with putty and all undulations, gaps and making the surface smooth with water paper No.100 / sand paper and making the surface ready to receive fresh paint. Applying red oxide paint evenly to all exposed internal, external and nitricate surface and then applying two coats of enamel paint Asian make (apcolite) / Goodlass Nerolac (1st quality) of approved best quality colour shade etc. with brush painting finished with roller and making the surface smooth as similar to new furniture painting etc. If required primer coat shall be applied before spray painting, complete as specified and directed. Measurement only the dimension in front elevation i.e. Length and height

Providing and fixing sun control/black out/ tinted/ frosted films 2 mil thick film on window glasess without damaging rubber gaskets, handle , friction hinged etc complete including neccesary scafolding job is to be complited as per garware film specification and as directed by EIC alongwith design and writings if any.

FIXING ONLY WASH BASIN:Fixing only sink provided by ACTREC but all fittings like waste coupling, bottle trap, connection supplied by vendor supported on suitable wall brackets and of any size.

FLUSH SHUTTER Providing & fixing in position - 40mm thick flush door of shutters block board solid core internally lipped bonded with water proof type synthetic resin hot pressed with marine ply finished on both faces including prov. And fixing teak wood 20mm thick lipping on all sides fixing heavy duty approved make 4 levers mortice lock with pair of handle of approvd make & quality brass/S.S . fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, of approved make fixing fixtures locking arrangements with fixing fixture locking arrangements with screws etc. applying one coat of approved wood primer etc. all complete as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fas tlugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length . :Second class teak wood

REMOVING WASH BASIN: Labour charges for removing existing damaged wash basin of any size & colour with all fittings & handing over the same with all fittings at required place to the department as directed by Engineer-In-Charge etc. complete. Item is including dismantling of Cudappah/granite as per the instruction and stacking serviceable material anywhere in the campus as directed by EIC.

Removing of Existing false ceiling & Existing AC duct (if any) and stacking the serviceable material anywhere in the campus as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying in position M20 grade cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering including for Lintel Beams

REMOVING DOORS & WINDOWS:Labour charges only for carefully removing and takingoutexisting steel, doors/wooden partition/metal frame/ windows/celestory window shutters from its existing position at all floors levels and locations including chiseling around the frame hold fasts carting away debris making good the chiseled surface suitably as per the site requirement and shifting the atdismantled materials to the directed place with stacking in proper order including removing the existing fittings, fixtures locking arrangmeent and returning the same to the Department of respective maintenance unit etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor and walls in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish of size 500 to 800mm

Marble stone flooring with 18 mm thick marble stone, as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, including rubbing and polishing complete with :Makrana white second quality

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. - Fe500 or higher

Providing and fixing PVC wall Panelling of approved quality and 5 to 10mm thickness including bends, grooves, design and colour as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

Providing & fixing 1.5mm thick approved laminate of required colour over existing surfaces along with the adhesive all as required specification design etc. complete as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

PLYWOOD:Providing & fixing 6mm thick approved quality machine pressed phenol formaldehyde bonded commercial/marine ply wood of approved size and fixing the same with necessary nails/screws/adhesive in partition cupboard shelves/tables/flush doors etc. at all floors and locations in quantities as required at site in following thickness including 6 mm thick T.W.lipping patti at all exposed edges with nails/screws/hardwares/adhesive wastage in cutting , transportation etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Removal of laminate including levelling the surface carefully so as to not harm the plywood and other material and stacking the disposable material anywhere in the campus as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

S.S. SINK: - Providing and fixing in position Stainless Steel sink with drain board or without drain board of Nirali make only resting over bracket with waste coupling including fabricating bracket from 'B' class GI pipe with necessary welding, chiselling in wall and fixing the sink in position with waste coupling, bottle trap all complete as per the specified and directed by engineer-in charge.
