Removing the window/ split type AC of 1.5/ 2 ton capacity of any make from any location for carrying out servicing complete as and when directed and installing back at original location, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate of following operations deemed to be included in quoted rate :- a) Cleaning the body, evaporator and condenser with detergent, combing the pins and flushing with air blower b) Checking electrical connection, cleaning, Greasing, oiling, fan/blower motor, cleaning of air filter with blower c) Wrapping suction and discharge pipe with foam insulation and white roll ,changing drainage pipe when necessary d) The unit rate quoted by the tenderer inclusive for Removing, servicing, installation, commissioning and testing of all equipment’s, tools and plants, and back in on final position complete (e) The work shall be done by a specialized team of Engineer/Technicians of OEM. (f) Spares will be measured and paid separately. (g) Refrigerant gas shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply and fix polyurethane form insulation for indoor & outdoor unit suitable for 1.5 Ton to 2 Ton split type A/C any type and at any location including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Remote sensing unit (in replacement) for upto 2.0 TR split type AC including taking down existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repair PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 3 core 2.5 sq.mm, including connecting up and taking down existing unserviceable cable of any description and size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for shifting of Air Conditioner, Split type capacity up to 2 TR from existing location to new location as per user requirement and installing, toping up of gas, replacement of copper tubing connecting up, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The rate for following works deemed to be included in quoted rate :- (a) Transportation of air conditioner any type any capacity from one to other location. (b) Fixing only base plate with necessary fixing material on stone / brick walls as directed (c) Fixing only outdoor and indoor units as required and directed (d) Connecting indoor / outdoor units of split ACs with copper tubes, flairs nuts, warping suction and discharge lines with inclucating materials with necessary fixing arrangements such as bolts, nuts washers and clamps etc. on walls (e) fixing PVC pipes 50mm dia for outlet of outdoor units to drain out dew water with necessary clamps. (f) Fixing of wall mounting voltage stabilizer of 3 KVA to 5 KVA capacity on the wall with necessary fixing arrangements such as bolts, nuts washers and clamps etc on wall. (g) Fixing PVC hose/ PVC pipes of 15mm sizes as reqd at site with necessary junction boxes, PVC bends etc. including two length of PVC copper cables of 4 sqmm size for electrical connection of ACs. (h) No additional payment shall be made for leakage of gas occurring during shifting of Air Conditioner and topping up of required gas. (j) Fixing of copper tubing of qty of required size.

Supply & fix metal clad switch socket single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20A concealed in walls complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells/ Indo asian/ Legrand

Supply and fix 3 pin metal clad plug top 20 Amps, AC 230 volts for any type of AC including taking down existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair and maintenance of inverter type split AC of any capacity / any Make from any location including attending breakdown calls, routine maintenance and servicing ,testing and commissioning all as specified and directed here under :- a) Cleaning the body, evaporator and condenser with detergent, combing the pins and flushing with air blower. b) Checking electrical connection, cleaning, Greasing, oiling, fan motor, cleaning of air filter with blower. (c) Testing all copper tube ,joints, leads for any leaking and Top up with the refrigerant gas if necessary. (d) The work shall be done by a specialized team of Engineer/Technicians of OEM.

Supply and fix DC blower fan motor for inverter split AC of 1.5 Ton to 2 Ton and including taking down existing unserviceable one of any capacity and at any location complete all as specified and directed.

Inspection, checking adjustment and minor repair of unserviceable window type AC any type any capacity placed at any location includes repair/ replacement of defective parts such as checking of electrical connection, condenser, gas leakage, PCB, condenser fan blade, indoor unit, outdoor unit, compressor, PVC pipe etc., complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix Filter (in replacement) suitable for window type Air Conditioner of any make up to 1.5/ 2 TR capacity including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PCB board of inverter type split type AC for 1.5 Ton/2 Ton including taking down existing unserviceable one at any location complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pressure testing and rectifying the leakages found in the system of window/ split type ACs capacity up to 2 Ton capacity including vacumizing, charging and checking the gas pressure to desire level complete for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Toping up of gas shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Taking out, inspection, checking adjustment and minor repair of unserviceable water cooler 40/80/60/120/150/180 ltr capacity of any type any make for repair/ replacement of defective parts such as condenser, PVC pipe, loose water tap, float valve, loose electrical connection etc., cleaning condenser unit of foreign particle and descaling with carbon di oxide gas to ensure smooth flow of water cooler gas, reassembling the appliance, testing and placing in original position complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for pressure testing and rectifying the leakages found in the system of water cooler of capacity 150 litres and vacuuming and charging refrigerant gas and filling new compressor oil etc. complete for satisfactory functioning all as specified and directed. Note:Topping up of gas shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and fixing Door gasket (in replacement) suitable for lid of water cooler up to 150 litres capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down corroded bottom portion of water cooler of 150 litres capacity and provision of 14 gauge MS sheet with suitable size angle iron frame work duly welded to the body of the water cooler including two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer to match the existing colour all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Electric condenser Fan motor, AC 230 volt, single phase with recommended RPM etc. (in replacement) suitable for water cooler of any make of 150/180 litres capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Stainless steel tray (in replacement) suitable for water cooler of 150 Litres capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing hermetic sealed new compressor (in replacement) for water cooler 150 litre/Hr cooling capacity including disconnecting the electrical and refrigerant connection of defective sealed unit of storage type water cooler of capacity 150 litres and connection of all pipe line & charging of refrigerant and testing complete including taking down existing one all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing the old painted surface of the water coolers of capacity 150 Litres and spray painting with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including replacement of worn out nut, bolt, washer, screw and writing MES No and capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ball brass valve high pressure 15mm dia complete fitting such as PVC polythene ball, layer check nut washer etc for water cooler of any capacity including taking down existing one all directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of gun metal gate valve 15mm dia including GI nipple including taking down existing one all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing Electric condenser Fan motor, AC 230 volt, single phase with recommended RPM etc. (in replacement) suitable for water cooler of any make of 60/120 litres capacity, including taking down existing one all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC drain out pipe 30mm dia bore (in replacement) as per existing including providing necessary GI clamps, nut bolt etc.all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing hermetic sealed new compressor (in replacement) for water cooler 60/120 ltr/Hr cooling capacity including disconnecting the electrical and refrigerant connection of defective sealed unit of storage type water cooler of capacity 60/120 litres and connection of all pipe line & charging of refrigerant and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and charging of refrigerant gas R-134a to water cooler, refrigerator and deep freezer air conditioner of any type, make and capacity all as specified and directed. (i) Empty cylinder shall be returned to contractor. (ii) Payment shall be made for net weight of gas filled.

Material and labour for repairing the leakage in the steel water tank of water cooler of any capacity by welding brazing/ soldering complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pressure testing and rectifying the leakages found in the system of water cooler of capacity 60/120 litres and vacuuming and charging refrigerant gas and filling new compressor oil etc. complete for satisfactory functioning all as specified and directed. (e) Necessary T&P such as ladder, required manpower for taking down and refixing after repair shall be of contractor's responsibility.

(f) All types of T&P, PVC insulation tape, minor nuts, bolts, washers etc required for maintaining the services shall be provided by contractor without any cost to the department.

(g) Any fan found defective/not working shall be brought to AGE E/M store yard & re-fixed after repairing.

(j) In case of major defects, entire job shall be completed within 10 days from the date of registration of complaint, failing which penalty charges @100/- per day shall be recovered.

(k) In case of minor defects, entire job shall be completed within12 hrs from the time of registration of complaint, failing which penalty charges @ 50/- per job shall be recovered.

Inspection, checking adjustments and minor repairs of storage water heater 25/50 ltr capacity of any type any make vertical/ horizontal type cmprising of the following :- (a) Inspection, taking out of drain plug & dewatering and re-fixing the same complete all as directed . (b) Checking water tightness of storage tank . (c) Checking stop cocks with outlet/inlet pipe of geysers, pressure reducing valves etc to ensure free movement of water and easy functioning of parts. (d) Inspecting over flow vent pipe connections to ensure water-tightness and proper flow. (e) Checking and correct earth continuity of electrical items. (v) Greasing to all bearing and movable parts.

Note :- The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the followings :-

(a) DG Sets are placed at various locations of CQAE (WE). Therefore,the bidders are advised to visit the location of DG Sets before quoting the tender.

(b) Servicing/ repair of DG Set shall be carried out by authorised dealer/ agency of manufacturer as approved by Engineer-in-Charge and where service/ repair is being carried out at site shall be under the expert supervision of authorised service agent.

(c) The make of DG sets are Kirloskar/ Ashok Leyland/ Greaves Cotton/Mahendra/ Cummins

(d) The contractor shall employ minimum 02 No manpower (01 -Electrcian , 01 Helper) at each area required for routine maintenance of DG sets.

(e) Filling of DHPP (N) in all mentioned DG Sets at various locations will be the responsibility of the contractor. However, DHPP (N) will be issued by MES. The amount for filling of DHPP (N) in DG sets is deemed to be inclusive in unit quoted rate.

(f) DHPP (N) required at the time of maintenance/ testing will be issued by MES.

(g) Representative of contractor shall maintain & update the maintenance/ breakdown register regularly and same will be checked by Engineer-in-Charge periodically.

(h) The monthly check shall be done once in a month but whenever breakdown occurs in DG set, the contractor has to attend all complaint unlimitedly through authorised service agent of the equipment/ machinery.

(j) The unit rate is deemed to be included for Cleaning of the surrounding area of DG set 5 mtr from plinth protection of E/M installations including removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15cm cleaning / Cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/ kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste to outside MD land.

(k) In case of minor defect, entire Job shall be completed within 06 hrs from the time of registration of complaint, failing which penalty charges @ Rs. 500/- per hours shall be recovered.

(l) In case of major defect, the period for attending of complaint shall be decided by the GE/EIC by accessing extent of repair required through joint inspection by Engineer-in-Charge and authorised service agent of the equipment at the site. If complaint is not rectified within the stipulated period and the GE is not satisfied with the reason for delay, then penalty at the rate of Rs. 600/- per hours shall be deducted from the dues of the contractor.

(m) Please note that above penalty is exclusively other than the condition 56 of IAFW - 2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract and shall be enforce above as and when delay in individual job is noticed and no claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Deptt.

(n) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

(o) The contractor should be responsible to maintain the DG set in serviceable condition for entire contract period.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing system comprising of 17mm dia copper bonded rod 3 mtr long horizontally pre welded T-terminal rod with provision for connection size of 50 x 150mm long, 6mm thickness with equal space either side, with 12mm dia hole of 02 numbers each on either side of the terminal clamp with 250 microns (average) coating thickness, tested and certified by CPRI India alongwith 50 Kg earth energizer compound and 10 litres earth resistance reducing liquid. The earthing energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid shall be tested as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTM G57-06, CI 3.4 A by any NABL accredited lab. The above mentioned rod shall be installed in 4-6 inch bore, 12 feet depth with a distance of minimum 3 meters between each installation including taking down existing one, complete all as specified and directed.. Make : Model HTSP 317 of safeTrode or equivalent in OBO Betterman/ FURSE/ERICO.

The quoted rate shall also deemed to be included the following :- (i) Prior to installation of maintenance free chemical earthing, soil resistivity test to be carried out at the location where earthing work to be done in presence of Engr-in- Charge/JE (E/M),user and the report has to submit to Garrison Engineer with recommendation of manufacturer, if required additional interconnection of earthing (not more than 04 number of earthing) to achive earth result less then 1 Ohms. The arrangement done for soil resistivity testing and submission of report with recommendation deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(ii) The description/ size/ qty of items mentioned in above are for indicating only however qty/ size may vary at site condition to maintain the earth resistance 1 ohm. The contractor shall quote rate by considering all factors.

(iii) Rate of earth energizer compound of 25 Kg of 02 bags and earth resistance reducing liquid 10 litre per cane for each pit deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(iv) Resistivity of earth energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid shall be certified by any NABL accredited lab carried out as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTMG57-06, CI-3.4A and the certificate of same shall be submitted by the contractor before commencement of work.

(v) Earth enhancing material should not leach into the adjacent soil or underground water channels and its PH value should be in neutral range complete all as specified and as directed. It should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete.

(vi) Copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm shall be fixed on proper post insulator at the instrument end ( copper strip upto 7.5 RM shall be considered in unit quoted rate and extra will be measured and paid separately).

(vii) Testing of earth shall be carried out in presence of departmental and user representative and report shall be submitted to Garrison Engineer duly signed by all concerned.

(viii) Earth resistance tester will be provided by the contractor. Tester should be calibrated from authorised company/ lab.

(ix) Earthing shall be tested after completion of work by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-charge, user and proper record shall be maintained duly signed by all concerned. After testing if the desired earth resistance of less than 1 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt. till desired result is obtained.

(x) The contractor shall give a written guarantee of minimum three years for maintaining the earth resistance less than 1 Ohm after certified date of completion.

(xi) No further maintenance or periodic watering or recharge shall be required in earthing during its guarantee period of over 03 years in all type of soil including soft/ disintegrated or hard rock.

(xii) During the guarantee period, if earth resistance is not maintained less than 1 ohm the contractor has to redo or rectify at no extra cost to Govt till desired result is maintained.

(xiii) A security deposit of value equal to 2.5 % of the rate quoted for chemical earthing for each earthing shall be retained from payment due to the contractor from final bill for the guarantee period.

(xiv) The electrode shall carry manufacturer's name .

(xv) The connection clamp shall be permanentlly welded to the copper bounded rod to avoid any kind of connectivity loss,.The pre-welded copper bounded rod shall not need any additional clamp for termination.

(xvi) The acceptable earth resistance at earth busbar/ test point shall not be more than 0.1 ohm.

(xvii) Earth work such as auguring and making good the surrounding area shall carried out in any type of soil.

(xviii) The contractor shall submit CPRI India certified document for copper bounded rod to ensure genuineness of material.

(xix) Sign board of mild steel sheet 2 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer showing result of earthing shall be fixed near the earth pit after completion as directed by engr -in- charge.

Material and labour for Earth pit cover made of heavy duty poly plastic of high grade polypropylene tested and certified by any NABL accredited lab for load bearing capacity not less than 7.2 tonnes with top dia not less than 250mm, bottom dia not less than 330 mm and height not less than 260 mm dia for each electrode pit complete including taking down all as specified and directed.
