CIVIL WORK Construction of Pump House- Cum-Chloronome of size 3.60 x 3.0 M x 3.0 & 1.80 x 1.20 x 3.0 M including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work prior approval of design & drawing.

OHT Construction of OHT(200KL/20M Staging) inluding all Supply all materials, labours and t&p etc. required at the site of work and construct R.C.C. over head tank above mentioned capacity and staging including the cost of construction of following appurtenant works. 1m wide R.C.C. balcony alround the tank, 1m wide R.C.C. stair case from ground upto the balcony of the tank, Lightening conductor as per Indian electricity rules., Water level indicator as per deptt. specification 20 mm. G.I. pipe railing with 50 x 50 x 6 mm. 1.2 m. high angle iron posts1.5 m. c/c on both sides of the stair case (pipe in 3 rows) and balcony (pipe in 3 rows) 50cm. wide M.S. ladder with 50x50x6 angle iron and 20 mm. rungs at 25 cm. c/c/, from balcony to the top dome of the tank and from there to the bottom dome of the tank inside it. 60x60 cm. M.S. manhole cover (light pattern)with locking device. Supply, erection, fixing in position and jointing of following D.I.D/F pipes with sluice valves and specials, ISI marked D.I.D/F pipes, K-9 class 'A' as per IS-1537/1960, Inlet- 200 mm, Outlet- 200 mm, Over flow - 250 mm, Washout - 100 mm. ISI marked C.I.D/F sluice valves as per IS- 780/1969, Outlet- as per distribution dia - 1 No. Washout - 100 mm - 1 No, ISI marked C.I.D/F specials as per IS 1538, Clamping the vertical pipes with columns by clamps of 50 x 6mm. M.S. flat 1.5m c/c/ including the cost of all jointing materials such as nut bolts and washers etc. Weather proof painting on outer surfaces of R.C.C. work with ISI marked cement paint in 3 coats. Painting of M.S. ladder, railing and vertical pipes with ISI marked enamel paint in 3 coats. Floor and apron at the ground level upto 15cm. beyond the entire projected area of the O.H.T. with 25mm. 1:2:4 P.C.C. over 75 mm., P.C.C. 1:4:8 as per deptt. specifications. Sluice valve chambers - 2 Nos. (As per type design) Testing of tank for water tightness etc. for propoer completion of the work. Apex painting over exposed part of OHT with 2 coats of approved apex paint over priming coat complete. Site. clearance

RISING MAIN Supply of ISI mark DI K-9 pipes (push on joints) of following class and diameters inclusive of jointing material (Rubber gasket of EPDM Quality, Bend, Tee etc.) including all statutary duties work, unloading, stacking etc. complete as directed by Engineer –in-charge. 200 mm DI K-9

Supply of DI specials as per conformation to I.S.S.suitable for above DI pipes F.O.R.destimation including all taxes and insurance (10% amount of item No-3)

Excavation of earth in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) for pipe line and rising main trenches including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 50 m and refilling watering, ramming of the excavated earth into the trench and also disposal of surplus earth upto 50m from the center of the trenches including supply of all material labour, T&P etc complete as per instructions of Engineer ‐in ‐charge. Ordinary soil 0.00-1.5 m

Carting from store (upto 8 Km.or within municipal limit which is more)following sizes of D.I.pipes,specials fittings etc.to the site of work. Lowering the same into trenches and laying to true alignment and gradient including testing of pipelines,cutting of pipes for making joints.

Supplying the following dia DI butterfly /sluice valves,class I,working pressure 10Kg/cm2 confirming to IS:780/1969 or its latest amendments, including valve fittings & Dismantling Joints as per requirement F.O.R. destination and lowering them into the already prepared trenches, complete and also including supply of jointing materials etc.complete.including all taxes and insurance,as per instructions of Engineer -in -charge. 200 mm dia

Supply of all materials, labour,T&P etc.and construction of sluice valve /scour valve chamber as per type design.

Provision of construction of RCC thrust block of grade M-20 for water hammer at bends of pipe.

Distribution system Supply of ISI mark DI K-7 pipes (push on joints) of following class and diameters inclusive of jointing material (Rubber gasket of EPDM Quality, Bend, Tee etc.) including all statutary duties work, unloading, stacking etc. complete as directed by Engineer –in-charge. 200 mm dia k-7
