Required? Drivers/operators shall possess valid licences/authorizations applicable to the respective vehicle/machinery.

Requireda) The bidder may be a manufacturers/govt. organisations (in case) of Servo/HP/Castrol/MAK Lubricants/equivalent reputed lubricants brands (or) their authorized distributors / dealers .

Requiredb) Company registration certificate in case of manufacturer under relevant act and in case of it?s distributor/ dealer, Authorization certificate issued by the respective manufacturer along with Registration certificates/ document under relevant act/rule/norm as proof of his/her eligibility to participate in tender.

Requiredc) The bidder should have experience in completion of similar work in any State/Central Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU Departments / ULBs with a value of Rs. 8.50 Lakhs in any one year during the last (3) consecutive financial years of 2023-24 , 2024-25 & 2025-26.

Requiredd) The bidder should have minimum turnover of Rs. 8.50 Lakhs in any one year during the last (3) consecutive financial years 2023-24 , 2024-25 & 2025-26.

Requirede) The bidder shall submit the IT Returns (AY:2023-24 , 2024-25 & 2025-26.Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender). In case of Manufacturers/Govt. Organisations, submit the Annual Audit report.

Requiredf) The bidder should have PAN, GST Registration Certificate

OptionalThe bidder shall submit the self-declaration on blacklisting, litigation and vigilance history.
