REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF ROAD FURNITURE IN AOR OF BAISAKHI MIL STN UNDER GE 859 EWS

M&L for repairs to potholes any depth , not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water,scoring sunken sufaces in roads ,paths, etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth,making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sqm putting in premixed bituminious macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm binded with 0.09cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (incl supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30cm completed all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50 and n.exc 100mm deep in area not exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting by exc 8 tonne and n.exc 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required type of Aggregate Granite, trap or basalt completed all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing surfaces of unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a priming /tack coat with bituminious primer at 10 Kg per 10 sqm paving bitumen VG-10 on new surface (WBM & BM) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Paving bitumen any penetration Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less)complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing to black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L using paving bitumen for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre of VG -10 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Paving bitumen any penetration Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content by weightof total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
