Note : (a) Uniform for all deployed staff in duty supervisor as approved by GE. (b) Functional tools & plants shall be carried by tradesman all time for attending any site. (c) Necessary ladder / cloth or any other material reqd. (d) Debris / site clearance immediately before leaving site. (e) Safety eqpt to be carried all time. (f) In case of non-adherence of any of above fine/ penalty to be carried as under:- (i) 1st Time - Rs 200/- (ii) 2nd Time - Rs 500/- (iii) 3rd Time - Warning to contractor. (g) In case of 3 warning to contractor, it will be reflected in WLR for slow progress. (h) Complaint registered upto 11:00AM & emergency complaint to be attended same day. (j) Complaint Team consist of 02 Electrician alongwith required helpers.

Taking up old unserviceable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor including old concrete cable cover from trenches/walls/ceilling/poles etc any size all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, laying of UG Electric cable / staying of steel tubular pole etc. and getting out in soft and loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, laying of UG Electric cable / staying of steel tubular pole etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil / road cutting & making good with bituminous where road cutting, complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing the excavated material/ soil not exc 50m out of MD land complete all as specified and directed .

Returning & filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soil complete all as specified & directed .

Material and labour for dry clean river sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. [Note :- Only compacted thickness of sand will be measured and paid.]

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm. laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, laying PVC insulated XLPE, armoured LT cable, 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 4 core 10 Sqmm laid in trenches/ through pipe/ ducts or fixed on wall etc ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F laying PVC insulated XLPE, armoured LT cable, 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 4.0 core 25 Sqmm laid in trenches/ through pipe/ ducts or fixed on wall etc complete all as specified and directed .

S & F laying PVC insulated XLPE, armoured LT cable, 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 35 Sqmm laid in trenches/ through pipe/ ducts or fixed on wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up loose XLPE cable from wall & Refixing only cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of sizes from 10 Sqmm 3.5 Core to 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete fixed on wall with suitable size of 'U' clamps with anchor fastner or saddles & screw all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED lights fittings 8.5/9 Watt robustly designed IP65/IK10 with die cast aluminium housing, polycarbonate cover, single phase, 50Hz complete including all the accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED light 9/10 Watt square shaped integral decorative LED bollard IP 65/IK10 With all acessories including PCC foundation tapper plug bolts, nuts, screwed complete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED post top integral pole mounted decorative LED post top 50Watt with IP66/IK10 protection complete including all accessories including complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay in repair 40 mm dia GI tubing "light" grade for cable protection at road crossing/ hard standing/ plinth protection/ on the pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair FRP type looping box of size 300x200x125 mm including necessary arrangement to fix the looping box with the suitable size of cable glands with entry, nuts,bolts, washers flat iron etc comprising of the followings:- (a) MCB,63 Amps, TP (10 KA) (C series) - 01 No. (b) MCB 5 to 30 Amps, SP (10KA) (C series)-01 No (c) Neutral link - 01 No

Supply and fix in repair FRP type looping box of size 300x200x125 mm without MCBs including necessary arrangement to fix the looping box with the suitable size of cable glands with entry, nuts,bolts, washers flat iron etc.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor of size 3 core 2.5 Sqmm in connection of FRP type looping box to light fitting connector, passing through GI pipe / tubular pole complete with fixing arrangement all as specified and directed.

Dismantling connections & Taking out broken, damaged / rusted street light poles of any kind / make complete alongwith light fittings including necessary excavation, breaking PCC, returning/ filling and removing surplus soil out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged street light poles complete with cast iron base plate ,finial taper plug,bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 9.0 mtr long and painting with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of primer on exposed surface of pole all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. [NOTE-Excavation & PCC will be measured and paid separately]

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, base foundation filling concrete including necessary form work.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded Stone aggregate block masonry with solid block ,exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete for coping of pole including necessary from work and fair finish to the exposed surface area without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of the poles as in foundation, filling mass concrete, coping including necessary form work.

Supply and fix CC LED driver suitable for 90-165 W high power LED street light fittings, Vin- 230V, AC, 50Hz , Vout- 88-93V DC, PF > 0.95, Current (I in) : <1.7A, Current (I out) : 1.5A with IP rating 66 duly taking down the existing UNSV driver complete all as specified.

M & L for taking down old defective street lights/Garden Lights of any capacity from street light poles/Garden Poles of any height and refixing after repair all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M & L for Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, burried directely in ground (earth pit not less than 2.5 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm with the help of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, including necessary excavation, PCC 1:3:6 type D2 and PCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 watering arrangement with GI pipe funnel, jali, complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No.3 including connection to the earthing test point and testing on completion.

M & L for preparation of deteriorated /rusted poles, scraping and applying two coat of aluminium paint after one coat of red oxide primer and marking the pole numbers with Black/ yellow paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L required for attending & restoring the short circuits/sparking/tripping complaints and removing the burnt out parts, making proper insulation with insulating materials etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M & L for replacement of old deteriorated street light brackets made out of GI pipe of 40 mm dia light grade, single arm of suitable size and shape complete including fabrication, fitting fixtures all as specified and directed at site by Engr - in- Charge
