Complete overhauling of S4 engine.The Job includes dismounting of engine assembly from the machine and shifting the same to the workshop for complete overhauling. The job included , draining of old stale oil, disassembling of Engine head, pistons, connecting rods, cam shaft and other allied items ,cleaning of Engine assembly and other items. The job further includes providing and fitting of new overhauling kit comprising of, valve inlet (31431681), valve exhaust (31431011), valve guide (33261727),valve seat (2415258), set screw S4-743254007402, connecting rods (31337221). Piston assembly complete with gudgeon pin, rings & Circlip - 99S30686, filter oil kit (0265544085), hose bypass (54002003), connecting rod bushes 31134151, connecting rod bolt with nut, liners (53DE0005), thrust bearings (Top & Bottom) (05S300039/05S300039 A), water pump assembly (S4009930), seal crankshaft, seal tappet cover , complete gasket kit, main and big end bearing, main oil seal (as per sample) and timing case oil seal (as per sample) and any other item not mentioned above and required during overhauling included in the kit. The job also includes the finishing job of Engine head/cylinder block/liners. The job further included assembling of Engine, shifting to Sub Division and remounting of the engine on the machine and testing of the engine. The cost on account Engine Oil is included in the job. Complete callibration of FI pump . The job included dismounting pump from the machine,cleaning the fuel pump connecting a specialized calibration tool/machine to measure fuel flow, adjusting settings on the pump to achieve the manufacturer's specified fuel delivery rate at different engine speeds, and then reconnecting the pump and verifying accuracy with a test run.

Repair to the clutch side: The job includes rerplacement of plate driving(306-3-1),plate hub and back assembly(306-3-2),plate floating(306-3-3), tapper sleeve(306-4-18) , sleeve(306-4-19), spacer(306-4-17),ring adjusting(306-3-10) and oil seals(306-4-25/26).
