Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 jallies, 45mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding but excluding frame set in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed in repairs.

Pre painted Coloured Galvalume roofing system sheet 0.50 mm thick having Zinc aluminum alloy coating AZ150 shall be as per IS:277/ASTM 1379 150 gsm/ sqm double ribbed trapezoidal profile steel sheet any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old CGI sheeting complete all as directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old PGI sheeting as specified

Note for Pre-painted coloured Galvalume roofing :-

(i) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of sheet must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

(ii) The contractor shall ensured that no leakages take place from the roof. The roofing shall be Coloured Galvalume roofing system (olive green colour or as approved by GE) with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm Total coated thickness (TCT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall conform to the physical specifications of IS: 2062 of 2011, coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium / Zinc alloy coating AZ150 as 150 gm/sq.mt total on both sides.

(iii) The painting shall be coloured baked enamel polyester with silicon coating of film thickness 25 microns nominal on the exposed face/exterior side and on the reverse side ( interior face) shall be white with 15 microns film thickness, over a coat of 5 micron nominal thickness Primer.

(iv) The contractor shall produce purchase vouchers for each lot for verification of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50km but n exc. 5km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed

RCC 1:2:4 using (20mm graded aggregate as in coping including, weathering slightly or unded or chemfered angles and throating etc, including form work complete

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ,100 mm thickness ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) to recive tile and including demolish existing concrete complete all as specified and directed in repairs.

chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick , set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors , with grey cement and pigments, laid over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete including demolish existing tile all as specified and directed in repairs.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade, laid over and including M sand cushion of 50mm thick complete all as specified and directed in repairs. Note : The Unit rate quoted is included for Demolition of Stone Slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

100mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates), laid in 1:20 slope as in hard standing including making joints 1t 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete including demolish existing concrete as specified and as directed including removal of debris outside MD land as directed. Note :- The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in length and width of joint shall not be more than 12 mm.

Stainless steel (Grade 304) hollow round or square pipe of any dia/ size fixed as in posts/ railing with knock-down fixing system & Top Mounted Round Balaster made of 38 to 50mm dia stailness steel 304 grade, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stailness steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stailess steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge for any height including taking down old railing and make good the surfaces as required completed all as specified and as directed. Note :- The distance between vertical stailness steel posts should be as site requirement centre to centre.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, dark shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer ,15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 including taking down existing tile and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : (a) Vitrified tiles are classified under group B1a of the international Standard for ceramic tiles ISO: 13006. Tiles shall be hard, dense, impervious and frost resistant. Water absorption of tiles shall be less than 0.5% and flexural strength (Modulus of Rupture) shall be more than 35 N/Sqmm.

(b) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, n exc 5cm long diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed in repairs.

preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed in repairs.

Straining and fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type of to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc inclunding provision 10mm dia MS bars as line wire welded to fencing posts and MS flat iron for fixing fencing wire mesh and including dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link mesh and made of galvanised wire and shall confirm to IS 2712.2003 and having zinc coating of type heavy as laid down in IS 4826 including line wires/ binding wire etc fixed to any type of standards posts complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Weight of chain link fencing to be assesed by BOO order by the GE prior to execution.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, or concrete or ceilings etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering and Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on brick or stone or concrete surfaces,first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately. (b) The unit rate quoted is deemed to included for Removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3 m from plinth protection to outside MD land Note: Periodicity of cutting of grass shall be before commencement of work and after completion of repairs.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed in repairs.
