Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl all qunins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6mm mean radius built in cm (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 02 here-in-before but except brick.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cm (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick of fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick other than fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 of fair faces of brick work/ concrete surfaces to finished rough cast plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint by using with fully automatic airless spray technology max pressure 3300 PSI with single spray gun on newly plastered / untreated wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing to a distance n.exc 500m etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concretecomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl. cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in verticle surface 450 x 300 X7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 for backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded or pointed in cement mortor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 20 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates,angle post but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS angle iron in fencing posts & struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary, drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS framed work Fe-410W, (Grd-E-250, Qlty 'A'), as in doors or gate of angle or other section with gusset plates rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1mm sheet Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including screw clout nails riveted & welding bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down concertina coil of 500mm to 600mm dia all as specified by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as kdirected (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of concertina coil punched tape with GI coating , 600mm dia, having 5.50m to 6.5m openable length per boundle, including binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Expanded metal, weight per sqm meter exc 4 kg cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.31 here-in-before but n.exc 10 cm with or girth

Removal of demolished/debris material with a lead of upto 500 m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Taking down & refixing of steel gate of weight upto 1 ton including cutting of hinges and including necessary items required, from work to support all as specified complete all as specified and directed.
