Fabrication of pipe bends/Reducer/T–Bends of different siz eafter gascutting, bending, welding etc.

Cutting of the flanges/ valves/ Reusable old pipe of different size fromold/ damaged pipe etc and grinding of rough surface.

Fabrication of flange of different sizes from M.S.plate after gas cutting, chipping, grinding and drilling etc.

Replacement of damaged/worn out pipe of following sizes:-

12 mm NB to 125 mm NB.

150 mm NB to 450 mm NB

Replacement of damaged/ worn out valve at different location. Size:12 mm NB to 450 mm NB

Patching/Over lapping on different size of pipes upto 400cm²

Desilting/ cleaning of various water/air pipe ofthe following sizes:-

Painting with one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of reputed make synthetic enamel paint of approved colour on pipe & steel structure.

Overhauling of valves in water pipe line at different location from12 mm NB to 450 mm NB.

Providing valve / flanges /Bend/ Reducer/Teein existing/ replaced pipeline including cutting & welding of pipe and tightening with gasket, nut &bolt etc.

Replacement of damaged gasket of different size of flange in HP/L Ppipeline.

Fabrication & fixing of hook on back side of liner plate, refixing of liner plate in ash trench after breaking old concrete & filling with new cement concrete/castable refractory.

Fabrication & replacement of new heating bends from M.S. pipe for flushing apparatus of Eco, A.P.H.Duct, E.S.P and stack hopper of following sizes

65 and 40 mm NB pipe

50 and 40 mm NB pipe

40 mm NB pipe

Replacement of filter cloth & cleaning of metallic fluidizing pad of ESP hoppers.

Fabrication of metalic plate of fluidizing pad for ESP hoppers

Fabrication and providing of pipe support/ Clamp of pipeline.
