Order will be placed on manufacturers or authorized agent who are either registered with Railways for tendered item or who has successfully supplied tendered or similar item to Zonal Railways/PUs/CORE/PSUs/Other Central Govt. Department/Metro Railway, in last three financial year and current financial year up to the date of tender opening.
