Demolition of Plain Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Demolition of precast cement concrete block walling of any description and in any position and Precast articles like cover slab etc all as directed

Material and Labour for Formwork to faces of drain walls, retaining walls and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surface.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in drain of any section (form work to vertical surfaces shall be measured and paid separately) all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc.

Material and Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate , exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in Cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick wall set in cm 1:4 for finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls and similar work vertical or to batter for fair finished flat surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished flat surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for reinforced cement concrete, 1:1.5:3 type A1 using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate in foundations including rafts, footings and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A1 using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for reinforced cement concrete, 1:1.5:3 type A1 using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Hardcore of gauge exceeding 63 mm but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in floors, paving’s, aprons etc all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Providing, precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including formwork and finishing of exposed surface and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match the all as specified and as directed.

Taking down plastering in cement lime or cement mortar

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick wall set in cm 1:4 for finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

NOTE : An Amount of Rs 8,856.00/- towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum
