Repairing of 2.5 MVA power transformer with accessories at Bagoda headworks district Jalore.
Total value for the works Repairing of 2.5 MVA, 3 phase, 33 KV/11KV, ONAN cooling, vector group - dyn 11, frequency- 50 Hz Vardhman make, power transformer including rectification and replacement of all damaged parts by providing of new parts as per technical specification. (i) Opening of top cover and allied parts. (ii) Pre- heating charges for copper coils. (iii) Assembly of Core coil assembly including assembly of copper coils. (iv) Tapping connections, insulation on tap leads, brazing by silver brazing rod, dressing of tap leads with insulation paper, Star/ Star connection by new EC grade Copper on HV & LV side. (v) Baking charges for transformer job for each proper IR value in Vacuum chamber (Auto Clave) (vi) Charges for Box - up of transformer with complete accessories including fitting of all HT & LT bushings and transformer accessories. (vii) Painting charges of transformer tank having hot oil resistant paint inside & synthetic enamel paint on transformer after cleaning of tank. (viii) Testing charge and designing & Engineer's supervision. Loading and unloading of transformer at both side (CPH and Firm's work premises), hiring of crane, and transportation charges to and fro, Supervision and commissioning charges. Including all work for repairing of transformer as per relevant IS code and specification as per direction of engineer in charge.
