Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Demolition below G.L.upto 1m depth and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead. Unreinforced cement concrete upto 15cm thickness

Demolition below G.L.upto 1m depth including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead and including cutting the necessary reinforcement and separating out from R.C.C/ R.B work a) RCC work

Demolitoin of dry bricks pitching in floors drain etc. including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead

Demolition of brick work below G.L.upto 1m depth including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead.

Dismantling tiles floor laid in mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials ( wooden / concrete joints to be measured and paid for separately) within 50m a) stone slab floors.

Carriage charge of materials by Mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking, including contractor's profit & overheads. For 5km distance. a) earth, building rubbish upto 5 KM

Supply and filling in plinth with fine sand under fllors, including watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Dry flat brick flooring with 3rd class ( Local mixed class ) bricks & filling joint with fine sand.

Providing and laying cement concrete in foundation and plinth e/c the cost of centering and shuuttering in a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Kanhaighat coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm normal size)

2nd class (local first class) brick work in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 kanhaighat fine sand)

15mm cement plaster 1:4(1 Cement : 4 kanhaighat fine sand)

Painting on wall with( two coats ) of dulux acrylic emulsion (Supreme 3 in 1 ) paint or equivelent of approved quality in all sheads on new work to give an even shead.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block ( Rubber Moulded ) of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size design / shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work i/c centering and shuttering so as to given a rough finish, shuttring and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to celing not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.( using 12mm shuttering ply )

Pre- cast- Providing and laying up to flooring five level reinforcement cement concrete in kerbs, steps and the like excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcent with 1:1.5:3.

Providing precast cement concrete jali 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregete 6mm norminal size) reinforced with 1:6 mm dia mild steel wire including centering and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 kanhaighat fine sand) etc. complete excluding plastering of the jambs, sills and soffits. 50mm thick

SH- III ) Planter Box (2 m x 0.85 m) - 25 Nos

25mm cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1Cement : 2 kanhaighat coarse sand : 4 stone aggregete 20mm & down gauge) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Filling in plinth with sandy soil under floor including watering rammimg consolidating and dressing complete

Granite stone slab flooring over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement: 6 kanhaighat coarse sand ) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing and polishing complete with granite slab 20mm slab thick Jade black (60 X 120 cm)

SH- IV ) Cast Iron Benches)

Supplying and fixing Cast Iron Benches of 130 kg (Cast Iron weight) and 11 nos. of horizantal hdpe bars of 75mm x 25mm anular 98 n enviroment friendly i/c tranportation, erection and comissioning at site as per Design and Drawings and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

SH- V) Stainless steel dustbin with frame

Supplying and fixing 80 Litres capacity cylindrical type perforated 1.0 mm thick Stainless Steel Dustbin (tiltable) of SS 202 grade with frames & stands i/c transportation etc. complete.

SH- VI) Electrical Works

S/F Cast iron bollard weight 75 kg with 9/2.5w square shape integral decorative LED bollard with polycarbonate diffuser and IP65 protection i/c connection etc. as reqd.

SITC 35W LED 370 PSYMTOTG Victoria for out door use post top lantern on cast iron pole weight 360 kg standard colour(Single arm) with 4 nos. of hot dip gulvalised anchor bolt i/c painting etc. as reqd. (Bajaj - Alexander/AL eqiupment Pvt. Ltd.)(Philips/Havells for LED).

Cable laying and trenching.

Supply of 4 core 16 sqmm pvc al. cable nicco/gloster make.

Laying the cable in underground trench 460mmX760MM avg. depth with brick portion on the top of the cable 8 nos. brick per mtr. Including filling the space between brick and cable and also trench withshifted soil leving up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supply of 3.5 core 25 sqmm pvc al. cable nicco/gloster make.

Laying the cable in underground trench 460mmX760MM avg. depth with brick portion on the top of the cable 8 nos. brick per mtr. Including filling the space between brick and cable and also trench withshifted soil leving up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Finishing the end of following pvc armoured cable by criping method including supply & fixing solderless socket (dowl make) tapes, anticorrosive paste & joining materials.

P/L 4mm2 twin core pvc ins.(heavy duty)Cu. cond. armoured cable of 1.IKV grade in size not exceedng 25mm2 direct in ground i/c excavation,sand cushioning protective covering and refilling the trench etc.as reqd.

Supply and fixing of compression type cable gland complete with brass gladbrass ring & rubber ring for dust and moisture proof enty of pvc al. cable.

Supply and erection of MS Pillar Box 5" high 2"6' width 2' depth made by 4mm leaf type door in both sides 2 nos. tower boilts to be fixed both sides 1 no. 63 amp. TPN switch fuse unit sheet steel enclosure switch fuse unit Havells 2 nos. 32 amp. TPN MCCBs sheet steel enclosure 1 no. 4 pole 80 amp. connector and 100 amp. TPN cu. tinned cu. bus bar size of cu. bar 25mmx6mmx460mm with brass bar chamber on interconnetion by suitable size cu. wire painting of pillar box second coat of al. paint over first coat red oxide primier etc.
