Removing existing floor treatment of any type and any description including taking down existing plastering of any thickness and cleaning the top surface of RCC slab with wire brush including removal of debris to a distance exc 50m but n exc 100m

Brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm on cleaned RCC slab surfaces and rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Preparation of plastered surfaces by removing dust, dirt & applying oil bound bituminous primer at 0.3 litre per Sqm & providing APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4.5kg/Sqm reinforced with non oven polyester mat weight not less than 160gms per Sqm including min 10cm side/over lap & including applying a coat of blown hot bitumen grade 85/25 at 1.2kg per Sqm or cold application of bituminous elastomeric coat at 0.70 kg/ sqm

M&L for providing water proof treatment to RCC roof with acylic polymer heavy duty fibre reinforced coating with the following specifications all as specified and directed.

The existing HP/ PCC/ MP tiles shall be dismantled alongwith screed bed and sub base if any and the RCC roof surface shall be prepared and made free from all dust, loose particles, laitance and sharp edges, fungus, algae, organic matters, etc. including removal of debris outside of MOD premises

All cracks shall be repaired by cutting 'V' groove along the longitudinal section of cracks and filling with polymer modified mortar admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent at the ratio of 1:5:15 (URP : Cement :Sand respectively)

All potholes and uneven surfaces shall be repaired with polymer modified mortar over a bonding coat of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent at the ratio of 1:1 (URP : Cement respectively)

Over the prepared surfaces one priming/ efflorescent coat of Dr. Fixit Primeseal or equivalent shall be applied by diluting the primeseal with water at the ratio of 2:1 (Primer: Water respectively)

Over the primered surfaces water proof coating shall be applied with acylic polymer heavy duty fibre reinforced coating of Dr. Fixit New Coat or equivalent consisting of three coats of application to form 1mm thick heavy duty water proofing coating.

NOTE: Water proofing chemicals shall be procured from approved manufacturer with prior written approval of GE. Full quantitiy of fresh chemicals required for incorporating in the work shall be brought to site with sealed containers. Water proofing treatment shall be carried out through authorised applicator of the manufacturer and the contractor shall produce necessary certificate of authentication to the Engineer-in-charge before commence of the work.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling under sunken floors all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for floors all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured joint free edge cut ceramic tiles, 9 to 10mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colouring pigments to match the shade of the tile laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non skid ceramic tiles, 7mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colouring pigments to match the shade of the tile laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300mm x 450mm x 7 to 8mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with surfaces including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection, finishing surface fair and even, in panels & filling joints with mortar, etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on soffit of roof ceiling, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or block masonry or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
