Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Three wheel 80-100 KN StaticRoller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404..

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 100 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification clause 502.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503(iii).

Providing laying and rolling of Open-graded premix surfacing of 20 mm compacted thickness composed of 13.20 mm to 11.20 mm sizes of aggregates mix Ratio 2:1 either using pnetration grade bitumen or emulsion to the required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base. including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three smooth wheeled roller 80-100 KN capacity, and finishing to required level as per Technical Specification clause 508.

Providing laying and Seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification clause 510.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per square area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 .the finished surface to be leved uniformand free from streaks and holes .Rates are inclusive of all taxes royality etc all T&P / machines material and labour requrired for proper completion of work.As Per MORTH-803(8.13)
