RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4")gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarsesand : 3 stonegrit) in RAFT including necessary centering & shuttering excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire.((DSR/23 5.1.2)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade 13.112.1 Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface DSR/23 13.111.1

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 13.62.1 Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture DSR/23 13.62.1

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre DSR/23 13.41.1

40 mm thick fine dressed red sand stone flooring over 20 mm thick base of 1:5 cement C.sand mortarincluding pointing with 1:2 cement mortar with an addmixture ofpigment to match the shade of stone including supply of all the material labour T&P for proper completion of work. DSR/23 11.30.1
