Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for removing/laying of cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading , leveling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm with soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and laying HDPE pipes of pressure rating 6 Kg/Cm sq of size 32 mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying HDPE pipes of pressure rating 6 Kg/Cm sq of size 50 mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover, class LV type 2 with peak size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe 50 mm, light grade for the protection of the cable passing through road crossing, etc.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 1.1 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m

Taking down existing LT/UG cable from existing trench by manual excavation and finding the fault and make temporary joint with suitable ferruls and lugs and laying back the cable in trench and refilling the excavated soil back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge for the size 10/16 sqmm 4 core Note: The excavation, earth work and protection materials will be measured and paid separately and relevant item.

Supply and fix in replacement of Unserviceable MCCB 3 pole 160-200 Amps 415Volt 50Hz breaking capacity 25KA adjustable with suitable size Lugs and Screws Fitted in existing Indoor/Outdoor LT Panel Including complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground lavel) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground lavel connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6mm by mean of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit and CI cover fullel with watering pipe, wire mess and copper lugs etc GI protection pipe of suitable size including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Repairs to replacement of Unserviceable Street Lights Timer switch GIC Timer switch analog type 50 hz frequency include replacement of Unserviceable 3 Pole Contactors Upto Current rating of 125 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LT cable route indicator made out of cast iron 10cm dia duly engraved with letters 'LT CABLE 1100 volts' fixed in 20mm x 20mm equal angle 60cm long including provision of PCC block of 20cm x 20cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 40mm dia GI pole medium grade 3 mtrs long for existing garden light for replacing unserviceable poles including dimantling existing PCC complete all as specified and directed. (New PCC for fixing poles will be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing post top lantern LED type 40 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for GI Octagonal pole 7 Mtr heigh foudation of Size 1.5m x 0.55m x 0.55m, footings,columns, postd, pillars etc with 10 mm Iron rods in Verticle and 6 mm dia Iron rods as Stirrups in any location, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI street light pole connected items with new items such as 4 way connector bolts ,hylum sheet fitted inside the Cable Connector space and MCB SP 'C' series 6 Amps rating also Changing 2.5 sqmm FRLS Cable Lugs with new of GI Octagonal pole including

Supply and fixing in replacement pole mounting box FRP type of size 140mm x 140mm x 100 mm, single phase with locking arrangements, including necessary nut, bolt and clamps of the flat iron of size 20mm x 3 mm comprising of MCB SP 6 Amps, 240 Volts, 10 KA, 'B' series with proper fixing arrangements on pole complete all as specified and directed. M & L for Fixing MS caover plate Over Cable ducts inside the sub station building with a thickness of 5-6 mm and standard size of 0.5 m x 1.2 m include provision of Handle over top surface to catch the Cover while removing including MS angle frame under Duct Cover sheet To be fix over the concrete/PCC duct foundations complete all as specified and directed.
