M & L for carrying out chemical analysis &biological analysis of water as per IS- 10500- 2012 from any govt Approved lab/Institute after collecting the water sample of user end, (one sample) in separate suitable container as prescribed by the labs from location complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of RCC OH tank of capacity 50000 Gallons of any description cleaning inside of the over head tanks by removing all depositions/fungus other micro organism, sediment loose dirt/mud sludge, Vegetation, other foreign materials etc and also removing loose/unsound concrete/plaster including taking out and removing all disposal waste / spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and Brushing with nylon brush on walls & bottom surfaces , washing the surfaces with clean water and washing repeatedly with Rebekiense solution and clean with water & cleaning of external surface with water, including two coats of white wash and opening washout/drain pipe and sluice valve cleaning and refixing drain/washout pipe and painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of drain pipe ,overflow pipe ,inlet, outlet pipe 150/100 mm dia, and panting of cleaning date and next due cleaning date of each tank, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for EARTHING complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level) connected to GI strip 25mmx4mm means earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no. 3 of MES schedule part -I ,earth lead connected to earth test point and to main switch board etc with and including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt all around earth plate PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit with pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using20mm graded stone aggregate 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm TMT bars 03 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle GI medium grade watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of earth lead including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are deemed to be included under this item and additional earth lead if any required shall be measured separately under appropriate item of sch A.

M&L in repair water level indicator gauge of over head tank, replacement of copper float of size 200mm dia with 2mm thick flexible steel wire rope and replacement of level scale painting of numbering, and replacement of gauge move pully with complete accessory complete all as specified and directed.

Development of existing bore well of any depth and in any position, of 150/200mm bore, with using suitable air compressor (having minimum 5.5 Kg /cm 2 pressure) to augment the yield to desire requirement of the bore well complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) All necessary T&P and equipments required for flushing out / development of bore wells set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) Lifting out of submersible pump set, column pipes and cable before flushing out and lowering down of submersible pump set, column pipes and cable will deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Disconnecting the existing submersible pump set from supply line,dismantling existing CI bend from non return valve,removing and lifting out submersible pump set of any description and capacity and in any position, alongwith existing column pipe 80/50mm dia and existing submersible cable of any size from the bore well (approximately 50 mtr depth of pump set from GL) complete and lowering after repair with all accessories including testing all as specified and directed. NOTE (i) : Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing motor/pump set from bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. (ii) All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
