Construction of tube-well from ground levels to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all types of alluvium strata by percussion/ rotary drilling method and with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and packing as per IS:2800 (Part I -& II) 1979 as amended upto date (the work includes the cost of gravel & its primary packing and packing during development, lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes, with supply and wrapping of coir-rope, wherever necessary for arresting fine sand particles. The work will not include cost of housing pipe and strainer pipe assembly and development work, but work would be completed after obtaining sand free water). Above 200 Metre and upto 300 Meter depth 200 mm dia Nominal bore

Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked (IS: 4270/1992) of grade Fe410 of following nominal bore sizes at site of work 200 mm dia

Supply of strainer pipes made of ERW M.S. black pipe ISI mark of following sizes at the site of work including required size of slotting as per IS:8110-1985 of following nominal bore sizes at site of work 200 mm dia

esting verticality of tube-well by plumbing system and yield test and draw down test by pumping system as per IS: 2800 (Part II) 1979.

Supply and fixing of tube well cover of M.S. sheet (6mm thick) with nuts and bolts complete for casing size: 200 mm dia

Supply and fixing of M.S. clamp set of 50 ×6mm flat iron with nuts and bolts etc. for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump set.

Installation of submersible motor pump set in tube-well/open well complete (labour charges only) including transportation of tripod, chain pulley block & any other material required for lowering purpose.

Providing & lowering of G.I. flange pipe B Class including rubber washer and nuts of 8 mm dia complete in all respect. : 75 mm dia

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible Monoblock pump set conforming to IS 8034 and 2 pole motor operating at synchronised speed of speed 3000 RPM, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz AC and with water lubricated bearing to accept entire hydraulic thrust. Supply, with cable guard, thrust carbon/fibre bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer. Pump should have suitable discharge out let as per manufacturer's design. Antithrust stream lined non return valve shall be provided with the pump and minimum 6 m submersible copper conductor cable in single / double run and 2 pairs of suitable size erection clamp 10 mm thick shall be provided with each pump etc. complete in all respect as per specification, scope of work and direction of Engineer in Charge of following power rating, suitable for prescribed duty conditions mentioned in TD. : 15.0 KW (20.0 HP)

Providing & Laying of synthetic rope for submersible pump ISI marked (IS:5175) of following sizes. complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR . : 12mm (suitable up to 50 mm OD pipe)

P/Laying ISI marked P.V.C. insulated submersible cable confirming to(IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from 99.90 % purity copper, stranding in acc. to IS:8130/IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free for less chances of oxidization, insulation PVC type A/C/D , flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per IS:3961 part 5, existing pipe / open trench / Cable tray / on surface including making connection etc. as required.
