Repair to existing pavement surface by cutting inverted trapezoidal section in regular shapes by diamond cutters and chiseling, removing loose concrete, cleaning with compressed air & washing with chemical water solution, priming epoxy resin primer at the rate of 0.34 Kg/Sqm applied by sprayer or brush and making good with epoxy mortar including disposal of rubbish to a distance exc 250 m but not exceeding 500 m complete all as specified & directed. Note:- The washing agent shall be 15% diluted hydrochloride, epoxy resin primer of NITOPRIME 25 brand of M/s FOSROC industries and epoxy mortar shall be NITOMORTAR S brand of M/s FOSROC industries or equivalent as approved by GE.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of demolished material of cement concrete out of Air Force Statoin premises/MOD land to a distance exc 40 km but n exc 42 km including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed. Note A :- 1. The necessary permission for dumping the excavated soil/ demolished materials from AFS Agra shall be taken by the contractor /bidder from the respective Municipal Corporation/Nagar Panchayat /Gram Panchayat/Nagar Nigam/Development Authority etc. as the case may be. 2. The quoted rates shall deemed to be included for the charges of disposal by the bidder. Nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for the same. Note B :- For the lead distance exceeding 42km or less than 40km adjustment rate Rs. 1.20/per cum for every 500 mtr lead distance will be added/deducted from the quoted rate.

M&L for laying and compacting 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Coarse (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works-2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelled on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the maximum dry density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber etc complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works-2013.

M&L for Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 150 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49 : 2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa, Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum, DLC mixed in Batching Plant, Transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) and further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum dry density, necessary finishing etc including necessary form work & tolerances shall be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for road and Bridge work 2013 (Quality control for raod works) complete all as speicifed and directed.

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) as per IS 2508 clause 4.9.1 water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over and including a tack coat of bitumen (VG-10) @ 2.5 Kg/Ten sqm etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:-1. Side lap of 150 mm and end lap of 300 mm shall be provided wherever required. The rate quoted by the bidder shall be deemed to included for such side lapse. 2. Clear flat area after providing sheet shall be measured and considered for payment pupose and nothing extra shall be allowed for side lapse.

M&L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 45Kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017 using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with and including non-circular virgin synthetic monofilament polyster fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1 .39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 °C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer in design. PQC shall be laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tinning by Texturing cum Curing Machine, required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10.1.14, Table-9 of IRC-15-2017 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only polyster non circular/trangular synthetic fibers 6/12mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron designed for melting point 240-260 degree celcius and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.4 recon complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of existing joints by manually/mechnically racking out joints upto a depth of 25mm, saw cutting the vertical sides of joints for making edges of joints straight upto the possible extent by keeping maximum width of joint 10 to 15 mm, including cleaning the joints with coir brushes and removing all loose particles/dust from the joints cleaning to concrete surfaces and joints with the help of air compressor and removing away the existing sealing compound and all other loose materials inside of AF Station where directed. Fixing masking tape along either side of the joints to prevent edges of joints becoming dirty due to slippage of sealent. Provinding back up rod 10 to 12 mm thick of dia 25% more than width of joints in position and applying primer to joint with light pressure and filling the joints with polyurethane based sealing compound (pitch free) of ISI marked having 3mm recess from top of joint and removing masking tape, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- PU to be mixed and filled by only OEM.

M&L for racking out Asphalt Concrete joints upto a depth of 20 mm, saw cutting the vertical sides of joints for making edges of joints straight upto the possible extent by keeping maximum width of joint 10 to 20 mm, cleaning all loose paticle/dust from the joints by using brushes, compressed air, blowers, glass paper etc, fixing masking tape along either side of the joints, filling sand up to 10 to 12 mm thick and filled with X-Seal Traffic Loop manufactured by X-Calibur Emirates LLC as per Manufactures methodlogy having 3 mm recess from top of joint and removing masking tap, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed at site. Note:- X-Seal Traffic Loop to be mixed and filled only by OEM.

M&L for forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cutting of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th the thickness of the slab by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges, widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and further increase the depth by 24 mm by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vaccum cleaned and free from dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethelene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia over filler board application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS:5212, BS: 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum pavement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masking tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the manufacturer instructions etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The make of polyethelene rod shall be of brand "DURA board HD 100" manufactured by M/S Supreme Industries Ltd or equivalent of makes listed here-in-after. (b) The polyethelene rod shall be of desired diameter having minimum density of 22kg/cum and compression strength of 0.40kg/sqm, 25% greater than the joint width, of white colour. (c) Primer to be used before filling sealant. (d) Edge shall be bevelled and jointed cut within 24 hours using diamond bit cutters of make Bosch or equivalent be used for cutting green concrete.

M&L for repair to damaged portion of existing PQC slab of taxi track in the form of pot hole, area of each pot hole n.exc 6.25 Sqcm, and average 5 cm depth by cutting to the required depth until hars strata of concrete is achieved in inverted trapezoidal section in regular shapes by using diamond cutters and chiselling, removing loose concrete, cleaning with compressed air and washing with chemical water solution, priming the surface with primer RDL-942 and treating and making good the surface with modified elestomeric concrete, Flex 'O' patch (10Kg kit of three part of viz part 'A' 3Kg, Part 'B' 1.5 Kg and Part 'C' 5.5Kg e-crete aggregate) and as per manufacturers instruction including disposal of rubbish to a distance exc 250m but not exceeding 500m including levelling the surface using travel and cleaning the surface to match the existing surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.
