ITR with Balance Sheet certified by Charted Accountant of last three years. 2021-22 to 2023-24 (Annual Turnover Certificate)

Satisfactorily completed of Supply of Stakes works as prime contractor of Last three years.successful completion at least one similar work of value not less than the estimated cost and 2 years Supply in previous three years equal to the estimated quantity. The necessary work done certificate must be obtained not below the rank of Deputy Conservator of Forests

Line of Credit or Availability of Credit facilities Credit lines Letter of Credit Certificates from Bank Minimum 30 Percent of the Contract

Document of Source of Procured/stocked of 10 feet length & 10-15 cm girth Marihala Bamboo / wooden Stakes / Debarked Eucalyptus stakes. Each of the sticks is to be dipped in hot liquid coal tar to a minimum length of 5 feet.
