Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and disposal of rubbish outside MD land , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 1st quality 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in while or colored cement to match over and incl 15mm thick bedding layer CM 1:6 in roughening of old concrete floor surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust inc brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg/sqm , complete all as specified and as directed..

All as per description of item No 02 above but in skirting over 10mm thick rendering as backing coat of CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for coloured glazed tiles 1st quality of size 300x450x6 - 7 mm thick fixed with neat cement slurry in vertical surface to wall pointing in white/coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vitrified ceramic coloured/designed tiles 1st quality 8-10mm thick area of tile exc 0.16 n. exc 1.00 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointing in white and coloured cement to match colour tiles over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per description of item No 07 above but in skirting and 10mm thick rendering as backing coat of CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine in cut kota stone slab flooring over and incl 15mm thick bedding layer CM 1:6 in roughening of old concrete floor surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust inc brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg/sqm with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror/granite finish polishing including taking down old stone slab , complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine in cut kota stone slab in skirting/dado/riser etc over and incl 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 rough finished surface to receive tiles in roughening of old concrete floor surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust inc brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg/sqm with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror/granite finish polishing including taking down old stone slab as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
