SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ROTARY EVAPORATOR at REGIONAL FORENSIC SCIENCE LABORATORY RFSL-DAVANGERE

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

a)Company Registration certificates. b)Details of the Bidder shall be submitted as per Annexure A. In addition to the above documents, in case of c)The bidder being OEM shall submit an undertaking in their letter head that they are OEM of the product offered in the Tender. d)The bidder being Dealer, the bidder should furnish the OEM Certification/ Manufacturer Authorization Form issued by the OEM specific for this tender and tendered item/s, authorizing them for participating in the current Tender as per Annexure D.

All the documents below a)Minimum 3 purchase orders over a period of last 5 years supplied to Government Department/ Government Undertaking/ Government Organization in India/Reputed Private Organizations. b)Satisfactory completion certificate issued by the Client (Must tally with the work orders furnished). c)Furnish the details as per format in Annexure C.

List of Service Centers in Karnataka, along with the GST registration Certificate of the Service Center/Centers and complete escalation matrix and response time as per Annexure E. If support/service center is not already there at the time of bidding, successful bidder/OEM shall have to establish one within 30 days of award of contract. An undertaking shall be fulfilled in this regard in Annexure E. Payment will be released only after submission of documentary proof of having functional support/service centre in Karnataka.

GST Registration certification along with the GST remittance returns for a period of Last 3 months.

The bidder should submit the following document along with Bid documents. a) Detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the Equipment being offered. b) Item-wise comparative statement of the technical specifications mentioned in the tender document Appendix I technical specifications of the Equipment proposed to be supplied by the tenderer. c) A copy of the equipment brochure for each Equipment to be provided. d) The Bidder/OEM is either the owner of the Intellectual Property Rights for the Equipment/features/functions being incorporated in the products supplied or they have the proper authorization and license from the original owner of such Intellectual Property Rights.

If the bidder is sharing a Land border with India then Registration Certificate and Model Certificate issued by the Competent Authority to be obtained as specified vide Office Memorandum No. F.No.6/18/2019 - PPD issued by Ministry of Finance, GOI dt.23rd July 2020 and GO of GoK vide No. FD 455 Exp-12 2020 Bengaluru Dated:25.08.2020. A declaration has to be submitted in Compliance regarding restrictions on public procurements from bidders of countries which shares a Land Border with India, in the form of Affidavit as per Annexure F

EMD has to be submitted in online through e-Procurement Portal.

Consortiums are not allowed to participate in the Tender should comply
