Schedule A Part-I : Special repair of 03 x existing bore well incl cleaning & development of borewell by compressure, replacement of unserviceable submersible pumps, column pipe etc and overhauling of filtration plant and connected works for HQ IGAR (N) at Kohima

Washing and developing tube well by pumping with air compressor by vertical turbine pump for a minimum period of 3 days ( 8 hrs per day) as required water in sand and mud free with necessary arrangement for testing the yield with (V) notches incl hire labour and fuel charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as required and testing of water bactoricalozically and chemically etc all as directed by Engr-In-charge. (24 hours each Bore Well)

Supply and anchoring of steel supply wire of 6mm dia having PVC sleeve above the rope with submersible pump and fastening the same securely above the ground level near the borewell etc in all complete as per directed by Engr-in-charge.

M/L of submersible pump set lifting stand incl two 100 mm dia GI post ht up to 4 mtr and one 80 mm dia GI pipe 2 mtr length, supply and fixing of chain pully suitable for 7.5 HP submersible pump set, civil foundation incl all connected arrangement as required for lowering / taking up of above pump set in all as per directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set capacity 2.5 HP, AC 3 phase, 415 volt , 50 Hz 2880 RPM suitable for 200 mm dia borewell incl lifting and lowering of pump set etc in all complete as per directed by Engr-in-charge.( Make -KSB/ calama / CR I/ kirlosker) and incl starter and out door fitting arrangement

Supply and laying of three core flat PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor submersible cable 6 sqmm (Make- Havells/ Plaza/ HPL)

Overhauling, Changing of filter media , strainers incl testing of 2500 GPH capacity MS fabricated factory made pressure cum iron removal plant , 1200mm dia x 1500mm ht. incl followings connected works :- (a) Filter media (sand & gravels) (b) Under bed plates system fitted with PVC strainer (c) Internal & external painting to IRP with anti rusting paint. (d) Replacement of Chlorine dosing pump . (e) Painting to GI Pipe line from IRP to tank

Supply , installation and testing of Monobloc pump set 5 HP centrifugal type incl star delta starter, Main switch, brass footvalve and all necessary fittings for pumping of water from tank to resourver.

Supply, fixing and testing of Starter suitable for single phase Submersible pump set upto 7.50 HP including necessary electric connection complete

Supply and fixing of 200 mm dia MS housing clamp incl anti corrosive paint.

Supply and fixing of MS well cap for 200 mm dia pipe made of steel plate etc in all complete

S/F of GI pipe 25 mm dia medium grade complete with GI fittings incl trenching and refilling etc

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes,having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.For bore well column pipe 40 mm dia
