Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked, in & including PVC concealed conduit medium grade ISI marked of size 20 mm bore including cutting and chasing, and also including 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked as earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly with thimble, including MS sunken box of suitable size for acomodating light/fan/bell switches, sockets & regulators, and making good surface as original by plastering and whitewash/ colour/ distemper etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note : 1. The two run of 4 Sqmm wire, one run of 4.0 Sqmm wire and 1 run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB protected modular AC/Geyser box 3 module complete with and including 6 pin socket 25 amps, plug top, modular cover plate, mini MCB SP 25 Amp capacity and PVC gang box etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L in replacement of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep and top edge of plate not less than 1.25 mtr below ground level and connected to GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia fixed by means of nuts bolts etc including light grade GI pipe 15 mm dia bore for protection of GI wire 4mm dia, connected to earth test point surrounded by packed alternative layers of charcoal and common salt 15 cm thick all around top and bottom complete all as shown in plate No 5 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including provn of PCC chamber 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick cover with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways as in reinforcement, necessary excavation, earthwork, returning filling and testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fixing of energy efficient wall/ciling mounted LED bulk head light fitting 10 watt, IP-65 and Color Rendering Index (CRI>70), IP20, correlated Color Temparature (CCT- 5700K to 6500K) , PF>0.9 and Voltage rated 220V to 240V etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F of recessed /Surface mounting LED light fitting (flat panel) 2' x2' with high efficeint LEDs and Glare free and opal diffuser of 36 watt (CW) including fixing accessories likes strip clips etc and Color Rendering Index (CRI>70), IP20, correlated Color Temparature (CCT- 5700K to 6500K) , PF>0.9 and Voltage rated 220V to 240V etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F in replacement Distribution Board double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, flushed mounting, SPN 8 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc and making all necessary connections, incl cutting & chasing and making good the surface as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note: MCBs shall be measured and paid seperately.
