M&L for monthly 'A' Check Inspection, maintenance and serviceing DG sets of capacities as described in Ser Item No. 2.00 to 23.00 including alternator, electric panel board connection to DG set etc for smooth functioning and carrying out maintanance as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note: (i) 'A' Check Service shall be carried out as described in ser No. 1.01 to 1.19. (ii) Items/ Spares required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BoQ

M & L for repair and replacement of broken conopy door hinges of DG set of any capacity and make. Setting of conopy door, properly locking arrengement complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge

M&L earthing complete in replacement as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 25mm x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 32mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested complete.

Supply install and testing out door wheather proof bus bar chamber of size 120 cm x 40 cm x 40 cm made out of 18 SWG MS sheet having one side openable hinged door shuter with looking arangement mounted on 40x40x6mm anlge iron frame with legs welded and 04 nos copper bus bar of 400 Amp rating provn of one MCCB TPN 125 Amp 16 KA for controlling Electric supply complete erracted on ground with necessary PCC 1:3:6 type C2 foundation complete bus bar chamber painted with two coats of approved enamel paints over one coat of primer including making cable connection with necessary gland , lugs/thimbles all as specified. M & L for dismantling, transportation to workshop and back, opening, rewinding main winding assembly and refixing 125 KVA DG set alternater, three phase, 415 V, 50 Hz with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and existing class insulation including superior quality varnishing, heating / drying coils, making connections from coil to terminal box, spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including repair/replacement of diode plates for neutral & phase and repair / replacement of AVR, connecting, testing and commissioning at site for satisfactorily operation as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of Alternator connection terminal block suitable for 320 KVA DG Set alternetor as per existing sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M & L in replacement of battery stand frame of size 4 feet x 1.5 feet with height of 1 feet made of 50x50x6mm angle iron and support with flat iron of size 40x6mm, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red/pink primer, 20 mm wooden plank on top to place 02 Nos batteries complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling electric magnetic brack coil from crane of any capacity, taking down and carry to work shop, rewinding with existing guage of super enamelled copper winding wire of superior quality with proper insulation and bringing back and refxing on crane with proper alignment with gear box etc, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of gear wheel shaft for crane upto 2.0 Ton capacity, servicing of gear box, greasing etc and refixing of crane with proper alignment etc, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F in repairs two way liner type limit switch for EOT cranes of any type capacity and as per existing make complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches n' exc 1.5 m wide and n' exc 1.5 m in depth and n' exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in excavated material (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 complete all as specified.
