| 1 | Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 250 KVA compact substation comprising of the following as per the standard specifications as per IEC 62271/2002 including all sub clauses with base foundation as per manufacturer recommendation comprising of
(A) RING MAIN UNITS: Non extensible 11 KV SF-6 insulated compact ring main unit (RMU) 3 way with short circuit peak making 50 KA and short circuit breaking current 20MA fully arc proof metal enclosed free standing manually operated type SF-6 insulated Load break switches break switches 630 Amps incoming 2 numbers and VCB 630 Amps for outgoing 1 No with self-powered micro based relays and related CT’s complete with manual and mechanical mechanism & degree of protection IP 54 with the following components.
(a) Manual push button for Emergency Trip.
(b) Aluminium bus bar.
(c) Front access & button entry of HT cables.
(B) TRANSFORMER: Step down transformer, 11 KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 HZ 250 KVA capacity, core type, copper wound, on HV & LV oil immerse, naturally cooled, (ON AN), with external cooling tubes delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having 7 step tapings at +/- 2.5% of each step to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise shall not exceed 45 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on and ambient temperature of 40 degree Celsius. The transformer shall be in accordance with IS-1180 Level-2 and shall comprise of following:- | 1 | Each Job | - | - |
| 1.01 | (a) Three No porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side, complete with copper rods, nuts and washers.
(b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with cable glands suitable for taking out LT supply.
(c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.
(d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent silica.
(e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, oil rain filter valve, fitting lugs/hooks, oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection solid cast steel detachable rollers.
(f) One 100 mm Dia, dial type thermometer, vapor pressure type having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.
(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanized iron earth strip for earthing of body.
(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.
(j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.
(k) First filling of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked Oil/power link filtered and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strength at 2.5m air gap between testing electrodes. | - | - | - | - |
| 1.02 | (C) LT PANEL:- Panel made out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front and back openable single door system lockable/openable by keys from both side having chromium plated 19mm Dia fancy locks (02 nos in each compartment) having louvers and vent gasket for natural flow of air. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used to make the panel completely vermin proof and accommodate incoming/outgoing ACB & MCCBs. TPN aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer ACB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulators made of non-hygroscopic, non combustible, track resistant high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material having at an interval not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar including the following:-
Incoming :- 01 MCCB 630 Amps 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 50KA
Outgoing :-a) 01 MCCB 250 Amps, 4 Pole, 36 KA
(b) 02 MCCB 160 Amps, 4 Pole, 36 KA
(D) ENCLOSURE: - (CRCA) powder coated with accessories like lamp, limit switches, wiring, MCB, inner connection of aluminium bus bas from transformer to LT panel, MCCB etc. The degree of protection of trasformer compartment of enclosure shall be minimum IP-23. Structure of the sub station shall be able to withstand the gross weight of all equivpment complete.
Note: (i) Pre-commissioning test shall be made be SEI/IEM/Rep of Accepting Officer for which all arrangement shall be made by contractor without any extra cost.
(ii) Contractor will submit specification from approved manufacturer company of the above specification to Engr-in-Charge and take approval before placing the order. | - | - | - | - |
