Earth work excavation in hard/ dense soil in trenches width and depth not exceeding 1.50 m and getting out.

Material and labour for sand filling in foundation including watering and consolidation.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, C2 Type using 40 mm graded aggregated in flooring.

Material and Labour for P.C.C 1:2:4, B1 type using 20mm graded aggregated in foundation and flooring.

M & L for R.C.C A1 Type, 1: 1.5: 3 M20, 20mm graded aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, column, beam, plinth beams, roof slab etc., (concrete work should be use of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) of ULTRATEC / BIRLA / RAMCO / ACC / COROMANDAL / RMC (or) Suitably Equivalent Make. (Minimum cement content shall be 350kg per CuM.

Supply and fixing of mild steel reinforcement deformed or twisted bars including bending, cranking, hooking and tieing with mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia. Used RINL-VIZAG Steel/SAIL/TATA-TISCON/"BIS"MARKED (or) Suitably Equivalent Make.

Material and labour for form work to sides of concrete foundation, bases of column, beam sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams.

M & L for Brick work built in CM.1:6 using Sub-Class “B” Bricks.

M & L for plastering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work and concrete surfaces.

Material and labour for applying two coats of Plastic emulsion on internal wall surfaces {Make: ASIAN (Apcolite Advanced), NEROLAC (Impressions 24 Carat), BERGER (Easy Clean), NIPPON (Satin Glo Plus) (or) Suitably Equivalent Make} including preparation of old wall surfaces complete all as directed.

EXTERIOR EMULSION: M&L for painting two coats of exterior emulsion {Make: ASIAN Paint (Apex Ultima), NEROLAC (Excel Total), BERGER (Weather Coat Long Life 7), NIPPON (Durafresh Solo) (or) Suitably Equivalent Make} including one coat of priming paint applied after preparation of the old existing treatment.

Supply and Fixing of M.S Rolled sections (angles, channel, Tee sections etc.,) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters,purlins where connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality A as directed.

M&L Painting on steel surfaces of any description, with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint and one coat of primer Red Oxide) and preparation of new surfaces etc, as directed.

Supply and Fixing of pre-printed galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm (TCT) thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self-tapping screws as specified.

Material and Labour for Mastic Flooring of 25mm thick using Bituminous mixed with lime powder with 12.5mm graded aggregate including necessary primer.

Returning / refilling of soil soft / loose including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm.
