Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of DG Set of capacity 600-650 kVA with acoustic Enclosure (CPCB-IV) (Silent type) with full authority electronic engine & canopy of suitable size complete with alternator, water-cooled, self-starting with suitable coupling with alternator of 600 kVA or above capacity, 415V at 1500 RPM, 3-Phase, 4-wires, 50Hz, 0.8 Power Factor at 415V, Capable of taking 10% overloading for one hour in any 12 hours duration. a.) Supply, fixing of sound proof (silent type) canopy of suitable size for the above DG Set. The Job also includes loading, unloading and shifting from unloading site to the foundation of DG Set. b.) Common base frame Batteries, Leads and Stand Anti Vibration Mountings, Acoustic Enclosure Residential Silencer, Exhaust Below Assembly Hardware First Fill of Lubricating Oil and coolant. c.) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the equipments & materials as mentioned in the specification of D.G. Sets (as specified in the Tender document)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of AMF Panel consisting of 1000A, 4 pole, 50 kA, ACBs (EDO Type) and all other allied items / accessories / protection etc. complete as required for commissiong for the above-mentioned Diesel Generator Set.

Contruction Of RCC bed for 600 kVA DG Set (7 m × 3.25m × 1.50 m). The design of the Bed including the allied concreting etc. has to be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm × 600 mm × 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement including 2 inch dia, 2.7 metre long, Class C GI Pipe caged in 6 inch dia, 2.7 metre long, Class C GI Pipe; filled by CCM compound as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. The pit is to be dug using borewell and covered with 10×10 inch manhole cover.

Supplying and laying 25 mm × 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection / terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Providing and fixing of 25mm x 5mm Copper strip from earth points (on surface or recess) to the DG Set. The job includes with cost of PVC conduit of appropriate dia through which earthing strip is to be laid above the ground.

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of fuel pipe 1" dia for fuel supply from HSD oil reserve service tank to oil tank of the DG Set with providing/fixing covering of glass wool, chicken mesh and fixing aluminium sheet around the pipe. The job also includes providing ,fixing of union, elbow, socket, Tee, gate valve etc. as per site requirement

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, etc. as required.

Design, Supply, Fabrication and Erection of M.S. Steel structure from channel / angle iron of suitable sizes to support the cable tray duly taking into consideration of the wind load/pressure at the site etc. including the cost of civil foundations as required. The structure shall be given primer coat and two coats of enamel painting.

Design, Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Steel Structure from channel /angle iron/ Flat iron of suitable sizes for making: (A) Ladder along with extension to DG set foundation duly taking into consideration the wind load/pressure at the site etc. (B) Fencing around the D.G. Set with Chain link fencing and angle Iron grouted in ground in PCC at equal/regular intervals and making of Entry Gate. The Job includes the cost of civil foundations as required. The structure shall be given primer coats and two coats of enamel painting.

Supply and laying of insulated XLPE/PVC Aluminum conductor strip/wire Armoured, overall PVC sheathed, 1.1kV grade cables conforming to relevant IS code and technical specifications.
