Providing and laying Cement concrete (1:3:6) with cement , coarse sand , and 25mm to 37.25mm stone grit including cost of all material, labour and T and P etc.complete.

Earth work in foundation in dry ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 meter and lead up to 30 meter and including back filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the structure and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth with removal and disposal or surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30M from the foundation trenches:

Finishing wall with Weather coat by Premium acrylic exterior Paint applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 Sqm (Asian or Berger Brand) of approved Make and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer exterior primer applied@ 2.20 kg/10 sqm after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign marrers and sand papered smooth including supply of all material labour tools & Plant etc. required for proper complition of work.

Dismantling existing old Plaster and Racking of joints of brick work in cement or lime to a depth of 1 cm (3/8") Including disposal of refuse with in distance of 60 mtr with cost of all labour and T and Petc. complete.

12.5 mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 cement& coarse sand including cost of all material, labour and T and Petc. complete.

Providing and laying Cement concrete (1:2:4) with cement , coarse sand , and 25mm to 10mm stone grit including cost of all material, labour and T and Petc.complete.

Cement pointing 1:2 (Flush) on brick masonry up to 3 M height in cement & coarse sand including cost of all material, labour and T and Petc. complete.

Cement pointing 1:2 (Struck deep) on brick masonry above 3 M height in cement & coarse sand including cost of all material, labour and T and Petc. complete.(avg 4.5M)

Brick work in 1:4 cement mortar on wall with cement , coarse sand , and M-100 bricks . including cost of all material, labour and T and Petc.complete.

Centering & shuttering for CC/RCC work in etc including cost of all material labour and T and Pcomplete

Uprooting jhunds including dressing and disposal as per direction of Engineer in charge

Cleaning thick bushes & thorny jungle without uprooting with disposal as per direction of Engineer in charge

Earth work in silt clearance including lift up to 4.5 M and lead up to 75M including ramming and dressing by manual labour. The earth from clearance to be used in side embankment or to be disposed off at spoil banks or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in embankment by power tranported earth with a lead beyond 200m. and upto 1.00 Km. including excavation, loading, unloading, manual compaction, dressing and all lifts complete excluding royalty will be applicable from time to time on Govt. orders. or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
