SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF BER DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS ASSOCIATED WITH EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY UNDER GE NAGROTA

Supply, installation, Testing, Commissioning of Oil Cooled, Copper wound, Step down "BIS marked and BEE star labelled "transformer of capacity 500 KVA plinth mounted outdoor type with latest feature complete with standard fitted HT 11 KV 3 phase, LT 433 V 3, phase 4 wire,50 C/S oil immersed, naturally cooled externally cooling tube with delta connection on primary HT 11 KV side and star connection on secondary LT 433V with 7 position off circuit tap changer on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load changing gear (tapping range + 7.5% in steps of 2.5% each) with vector group Dyn-11, including first filling of new transformer oil of dilectric strength not less than 55 KV with all fitting and accessories such as LT box with cable gland, HT box with cable gland, Silica gel breather, Oil level indicator gauge, drain out valve (oil tank),exhaust vent, air release valve, temp gauge, cast iron wheel etc complying with Energy efficient level (EEL 2) (Two) as per IS 1180 (Part-1) 2014 with amendment 1,2,3 & 4 having total losses @ 50% load 1430W & total losses @ 100% load 4100W. Following items/ Accessories included in this rate complete all as specified and directed. (i) Name, rating & diagram plate. (ii) 7 positions Off circuit tap changing switch. (iii) Earthing terminals. (iv) Lifting lugs. (v) Oil drain valve with plug. (vi) Oil filter valve with plug. (vii) Conservator with oil filling hole. (viii) Thermometer pocket. (ix) Air release plug (x) Silica gel breather. (xi) Removable inspection opening (xii) Explosion vent Note: The rate shall also include replacement of HT/LT Bus bar terminals of suitable size with clamps, nut bolts etc at site.

Replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level surrounded on all sides by 150 mm thick charcoal and common salt starting from ground below earth plate upto 150mm above GI plate in alternate layers connected to galvanized earth strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh of 22 gauge, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320mm x 320mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with XPM, JALLI pit all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) as specified including provision of 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe for earth strip protection and 20 mm bore for watering complete, all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing to an earthing test point /LT Panel/ Transformer as specified and testing on completion for desired result complete all as specified and directed. Note: Manual digging only allowed for earthing.

GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall burried in ground fixed alongwith poles complete all as specified and directed.

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagoanl head screw complete all as specified and directed.
