Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductor from service feeder or distributor span, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channels or angle sections etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type any sizes complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured, Heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 6 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches /Through pipes / ducts or on poles/ wall / floorjointing to O/H conductor, LT panels, main switch with cable size aluminium lugs and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note ;- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch 'A'/BoQ)

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable and fixing poles, stays etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in approved earth, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spreding thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of GI Pipe 50 mm light grade including fittings to poles/laid under road for protection of under ground cable including making good in disturb surfaces and sound coundition complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of GI Pipe 100 mm light grade including fittings to poles/laid under road for protection of under ground cable including making good in disturb surfaces and sound coundition complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sub Class 'B' Bricks,old size, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing three core PVC sheathed aluminium conductor of size 1.5 sqmm with 20mm PVC conduit pipe and incl 2 Nos clamps with nut, washer & bolt etc. all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of junction box made of polycarbonate with IP-65 protection of size of size 230mm x 170mm x 105mm, having terminals for termination of cable with necessary nuts and bolts, poly carbonate cable gland of 2 Nos including 01 No DIN rail for mounting of MC and 01 Nos of MCB SP 10 KA 6 Amps including fixing clamp of FI 50x6mm with necessary nuts and bolts complete all as directed. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 3 phase and neutral, 415 volts outdoor type Feeder pillar box 'Pedastal type' Confirming to IP 54, CPRI approved, factory fabricated & factroy assembled , waterproof,dust and vermin proof cubical type with locking arrangement , LT Penal made out of suitable size angle iron, channel and fabricated from 3.15 mm thick ( minimum) CRCA sheet with anti corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint Grey shade (RAL-7032), independently housing for each control switch gear and indicating lamps with & including busbars made of pure copper duly insulated with heat retardent fire proof (HRFR) heat shrinkable sleeves of relevant colours.Bus bar shell be properly supported/mounted on epoxy insulators.All live parts and joints shall be insulated with (HRFR) shrouds, conforming to IS, including provn for cable gland and lugs for incoming and out going cable and connecting suitable earth strips .Suitable openable doors shall be provided of all operational switchgear and MCCBs and detchable cover shall be provided on all other accessories. Supply, lnstall, testing & commissioning of Transformer floor mounted capacity 160 KVA step down, outdoor type 11/0.433 KV, 50 Hz, AC double wound core type, copper wound, oil immersed, air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes transformer delta connection on HV side and star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DyN- 11(Vector group 4) and having tapping as per IS in equal step of 2.5 %, changed by means of off load tap changing arrangement. The voltage regulation shall be as per lS 1180 Pt -1 of 2014 including first fill of transformer oil as per lS -335 and including all fitting /accessories of transformer as specified in SSR Part-1 and lS-1180 Pt -1 of 2014. The transformer should have cable box on LT side and brass brushing on HT side. The limit of Temp rise after continuous full load run as specified in SSR part-l and lS-1180 Pt -1 of 2014 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temperature prevailing at site all as specified comprising with and including the following specifications:- (i) 01 No Cable box on LT side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing brass rods and nuts washers and cable glands of suitable size for reception of cable LT 1100 Volt grade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland joint complete. (ii) HV bushing with arching horn on 11 KV side (iii) Oil conservator with ilter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (iv) Dehydrating breather with irst tilling of Dehydrating Agent . (v) Explosion vent (vi) THERMOMETER Pocket (vii) Two Earthing Terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing 32 x 6 mm Gl strips

Contractor shall arrange for factory visit for Rep of Accepting Officcer for testing at factory. (c) Pre commissioning test shall be carried out by AEI/EI at site before completion of work and energisation of transformer. Contractor shall be provided all necessary testing equipments T&P etc. at site. (d) Any thing missed out above but technically required for proper operation of the Transformer is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 14,300.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 33(R)). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
