S&F 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at the edges for fixing on Solid PVC Wall Lining, Insulated PVC Wall Lining, and Solid PVC Partitions inclusive of Solvent Cement and fixing at site complete as all specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Decorative type curtain rod of wooden finish powder coated of 28 mm dia including six nos curtain ring per running metre complete all as directed and specified.

(iv) Supply and laying 3 mm (Minimum) thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer with weight not less than 3.60 Kg per Sqm, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (v) Applying two coat of water proofing paint with aluminium finish over APP as per manufacturer's instruction. Note :- (a) Bituminous primer shall be "ShaliTex Primer" manufactured by M/s STP Ltd or equivalent in M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or M/s Fosroc Chemicals or M/s Hindcon chemicals limited or M/s IWL India Limited (b) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method as per manufactures instructions. M&L Coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick in vertical surfaces and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 cm thick backing with cm 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but n. exc. 0.18 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Coloured vitrified heavy duty full digital paving tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and rough complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement with WPC compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated wall surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke spot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
