Excavating in trenches, in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cables and pipes etc. not exceeding 10Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out complete aii as specified and as direcetd.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning using sand suitable for plaster works to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep punned to 10cm after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : 18 cm punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay cable protection cover with Bricks; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75, (size 23cmx11.5cmx7.5cm) putting accross the cable with width of protection cover equal to length of brick, abutting to each other for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old UNSV LT UG cable of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of LT Panel complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer and other necessary fabrication work like replacement of hinges ,locking Knobs, bending and welding work required for hinges etc as per required at site complete all as Specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Aluminium Bus Bar/extended strips of MCCBs, of suitable rating as per required size at site complete all as Specified and directed

S&F MCCB of capacity 400 Amps, Adjustable Type 4 pole, 415volt, 50Hz, rupturing capacity 36 KA (minimum) or higher, AC, 50 C/S, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified & directed.

ditto all as per item No 16 above but 250 A 36 KA.

ditto all as per item No 16 above but 160 A 36 KA.

Supply, laying , jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded ,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches or duct or passing through pipe or fixed to poles walls of size 400 Sqmm 3.5 core confirming to IS : 7098-1985 laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , jointing and testing cable LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded ,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches or duct or passing through pipe or fixed to poles walls of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core confirming to IS : 7098-1985 laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , jointing and testing cable LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded ,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches or duct or passing through pipe or fixed to poles walls of size 185 Sqmm 3.5 core confirming to IS : 7098-1985 laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm bore galvanised iron pipe light grade ISI marked for passing of cable, fixed to poles/ walls/ laid under floor complete with and including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

SupplyMild steel galvanised iron pipe light grade (ISI marked) 80mm bore for passing of earth lead laid in trenches fixed to walls laid under floors, roads including all fittings i.e MS clamps nuts & bolts etc as required all as specified.

M&L for Earthing complete (in reapirs) with Galvanised Iron earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at (Earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) a depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connection by using 32x6mm galvanised earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and protected by 40mm bore GI pipe light grade connected to 2/4 poles structure, GOD, lightning arrestor, main switch board or main control board etc and 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, 80mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover reinforced with hard drawn steel wire fabric weighing not less than 4Kg/Sqm in lieu of CI cover, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 pit/chamber including all necessary excavation: and earth work, form work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and al shown in Electrical Plate No.3 of MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The unit rate shall deemed to include for Test point, PCC pit, 32x6mm GI earth strip from top of the earth plate up to 7.5m above ground level. In case 40mm bore GI protection pipe required is less than 7.5m, no price adjustment shall be made. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junctions, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
