Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 21kA/3-sec, indoor, RMU (Ring main unit) 3-way comprising of 02 Nos Load Break Switch and 01 Nos 630 Amp VCB electrolytic grade copper busbars all inside single, SF6 gas-filled, alongwith all necessary accessories and fittings as required at site.

(A) 02 Nos Incommer Load Break Switch module each consisting of following accessories :- (i) Each switching-unit is designed as a three position switch. This three function switch combines the functions of switch-disconnector and earthing switch. (ii) 11kV, 630A Load Break Switch -01 No (iii) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system as per IEC61243 with LED - 01 Set

(B) 01 Nos outgoing VCB module each consisting of following accessories :- (i) Each function-unit consists of a vacuum-circuit breaker in combination with a three position-switch.The three-position-switch fulfills the operation of the disconnector-function and earthing function. (ii) 11kV, 630A Fixed-Type VCB module with series disconnector cum earthing switch of short circuit breaking current/withstand - 21kA/3-sec, Making Capacity - 52.5 KAp-01 No (iii) Right angle boots (push on type)-Each set of 3 (iv) 3O/C + 1E/F self powered numerical protection relay with Low and High set for Over current and Earth Fault. Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current -01 No (v) Associated ring-core cast-resin insulated CTs 100/1 Amp , 2.5 VA, 5P10 for protection - Each Set of 3 (vi) Push button for breaker trip (vii) Shunt trip coil 24V DC - 01 (viii) Emergency Trip Push Button - 01. Note : (i) Cost of provn of MS channel /angle iron required at site for placing RMU is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) All retrieved items shall be returned to store yard of MES.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of protected Vacuum Circuit Breaker HV compartment , rated for 11kV,800 Amp,26.3 kA /1-sec, confirming to IEC 62271-200, continuous rated Aluminum busbars and droppers, 01nos. . The HV compartment shall consist of following :- (i) 11kV, 800 Amp, 26.3 KA/1-sec, Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100. Vacuum Circuit Breaker having 03nos. vacuum bottles, motorized spring charging mechanism (230VAC) with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push-buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (24 Volt DC). Note :- (i) HV compartment shall support installation of existing CT & PT . The HV compartment shall be integrated with existing LV compartment. (ii) All retrieved items shall be returned to store yard of MES.

Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of Relay and metering panel in existing HV compartment factory made 2.0 mm thick to be mounted on HV compartment comprising of following:-

(a) Main Protection Relay:- (i) Main protection Numerical Relay draw out type in HT 11 KV VCB Panel comprising of new and modern numerical scheme for detecting, indicating and tripping the breaker on faults over-current and earth-fault in any of the three phases, Trip circuit supervision relay, 5% pick up for OC and 5% for EF. The relay shall also have the following features as minimum; (i) Programmable rated current 1A & 5A, (ii) Last 8 fault record & 200 event record with time stamping, (iii) 4 analog CT & 3 PT input, 8 DI & 8 DO, (iv) Communicable on IEC61850 protocol, (v) Disturbance recording upto 300 cycles, (vi) Self supervision function. The relay shall be fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses if available including Breaker On, Off, Spring Chrgd, Test, Service, AC-Fail, Trip circuit healthy relay, PT supervision, Master trip relay, local remote and display the same locally on a built-in LCD screen and suitably labeled status LEDs. Relay shall have facility to locally Trip/Close the breaker as a backup to TNC switch provided separately on the panel.

(b) Metering Equipment including:- (i) 01 x Digital Voltmeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), 01 x Digital Ammeter (Acc.Cl.0.5),

(c) LED Indications :- (i) Breaker ON/OFF/TRIP/Spring-Charged, (ii) Trip Circuit Healthy (iii) R-Y-B

(d) 08-Window Annunciator with Hooter to indicate following alarms :- (i) OC Trip, (ii) EF Trip (iii) Trip Circuit Failure, (iv) PT Fuse Failure The Annunciator will be complete with required Acknowledge/Test buttons as required

(e) Flush mounted Auxillary Protection Relays incl:- (i) Master trip Relay

Supplying and fixing of canopy dust and vermin proof free standing floor monted for VCB made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick powder coated having IP protection 65 to be mounted on LV compartment complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of 11 KV Current Transformer (CT`s), indoor type, resin cast epoxy type, of 13.1 KA/Sec having ratio 125/5 Amps having Core1: Class 5P10, 10VA for protection , Core2: Class 1, 10VA for metering including associated wiring complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement Potential Transformers, Draw-out type in existing HV panel for easy maintenance, 11kV/rt3:110V/rt3, 100VA, Cl.1 complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.

Supplying and fixing replacement 24 Volt power pack for VCB complete all as directed by Engr -in-charge

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed of following sizes

(b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 pole , 250 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 36 KA with microprocessor release - 03 Nos (ii) MCCB 4 pole , 125 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 25 KA with thermal magnetic release - 03 Nos (c) Platform of Panel. Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement of size not less than 450mm x 450mm x 300mm with 4 Nos 500 Amps aluminium bus bar and with 250 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 36 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Bus bar chamber. Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

Taking down unservicable RCC/ steel tubular poles of any type and supply & installing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) of approx wt.147 kg conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II) including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, base plate,PCC coping,GI pipe for cable protection etc. and GI bracket for fitting mounting, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and as directed by E-in-charge. NOTE:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore, 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings . The steel pole shall be painted by bituminious paint total length inside and up to planting depth outside and remaining portion of pole painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.1 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. S&F in replacement KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.Incluiding MS clamp of size 25x3 mm with suitable size nut,bolts & washer.

M&L for re-painting of LT Panels/feeder pillars of approx size 2 to 4.10 Sqm with 2 coats of super enamal paint over a coat of red-oxide with sparygun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters as directed.

All as per item No 27 above but of approx size upto 2.00 Sqm

M&L for re-painting of LT Steel tubular poles of any sizes with apply of 2 coats of aluminium paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper & writing pole Nos in appropriate size of letters including making yellow and black strips upto height of 1.5 mtr above from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bore earthig 150 mm dia bore buried by vertical boring machine, having minimum depth 18 mtr below ground level using earth electrode 100mm dia GI pipe medium grade including lowering in bore well upto the full depth . The pipe electrode should be filled around commericial salt charcoal dust, copper suphate and magnesium phosphate of 30 cm layer each upto the full length of pipe. GI Strip of size 50mmx6mm shall be welded to the earth electrode (100 mm dia GI pipe) and PCC foundation surrounding the borewell 30cmx30cmx30cm including provision of test point all as directed by Engr-in-charge . Note :- GI strip more than 25mtr will be measured and paid separately under resepctive items of schedule.
