Sub Station: The construction of Sub Station includes: i. Providing and erecting of four numbers of steel tubular poles 9m (SP33, ISI mark HTL-IS 1161 or IS-2713) with base plate 350mmx350mmx5mm long as per the latest IEE rules for fabricating 04 pole structure (with 2 NO. 9m SP33 poles and 02 No. 150mm dia 8mm thick pipes cut to adjust the height of the station bed as per site engineers instructions. ii. Fabrication, providing and fitting of ISMC-100 (as per the drawing attached). iii. Providing, fabrication and fitting of ISMC-150 pieces 8 feet long each 12 Nos. complete with nuts and bolts and clamps as per requirement for resting of HT transformer also includes providing and fixing of 8’x8’ chequered plate 6mm thick over the channels fixed with nuts and bolts. The job includes earthwork and concrete bottoming of sub-station as per requirement of site. iv. Providing and fitting of lightening arrestor (Heavy duty, POST type). v. Providing and fitting of set of drop out fuse set/ link set (2 Nos) (G.O.D) heavy duty providing and fixing of set of HT insulator. vi. P/Fixing of disc insulators set. vii. Providing and installation of cable termination kits and thimblings as per site requirement. viii. Providing and fixing of anti-climbing devices. ix. Other items like danger plates. The job includes providing/applying of metallic primer coat and two coats of enamel paint. Complete earthing of sub-station as per IEE rules. (Chemical earthing 3 Nos as per requirement and directions of in charge Engineer to accessories of sub-station) x. Manufacturing, installation and commission of , 100KVA (2 Nos One as Standby), oil cooled three phase, outdoor type 11/0.433 KVA conventional (non-seated) type distribution, transformer shall have core type construction, suitable for outdoor system as stop down transformer. The primary winding shall be connected in the delta and secondary winding in star with symbol (DYLL). The neutral of separate insulated terminal. The core shall be built up of high grade chrome annealed silicon steel laminators having low loss and coated with firmly with channeled frame to prevent noise and vibrations. The LV winding shall be circular and concentric with HV winding on the outside. The arrangement of winding should be robust in elect./ mechanical construction and should permit free circulation of oil to avoid hot spots. Adequate bracing shell be provided so that a strong self-supporting coils is obtained, no tapes shall be provided in the Winding Electrical grade epoxy dotted or other suitable insulations both for LV and HV windings. The transformer tank shall be made out of MS Sheet of minimum thickness 3.15mm thickness for sides and 5m thicknesses for top and bottom plate, suitable to withstand extreme pressure conditions. Primary coating and two coats of enamel paint should be duly painted on the tank. The transformer shall have a conservator tank provided with a drain plum-filling hole with cover. The cover shall be with 75x49 mm channel, with holes to make them suitable for mounting on plate/ plinth. The transformer tank shall be fitted with new 11 KVA grade T oil up to specific mark, the earthing terminals, two lifting lungs, rating and terminal marking plate, bi-metallic terminal connection for High Voltage/ Low V voltage side bushing level gauge, breather, duly valve should be provided to the transformer. Original Manufacturer’s Test certificates in original to be provided with the material before installation. Note:- The Electrical connection from the concerned PDD Department should be done by the firm in all respects.

HT POLES Providing and Errection of 9 Mtrs long M S Tubular poles having reducing dia of 6’’x 5’’ x 4’’ from bottom to top. The job includes P/F of 5 feet long cross arm ISMC-75, cross brace 1m x 40mmx 5mm, 3 no. HT insulators with pins to each pole. The job also includes spiral earthing, painting of poles in silver colour, grouting of poles in CC blocks of (1:1 ½:3) mix, P/F of danger plate indicating (11000V-DANGER) & P/F of nuts and bolts of assorted size.
