Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out hard / dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Removing excavated material exceeding 1.50 km but not exceedng 5 km and depositing where directed all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, pipe lines, laying of cables etc not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out Hard/Dense Soil all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 3 here in before but exceeding 1.50m but not exceeding 3.0m all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix M-25 grade using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in Foundations footings, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix M-25 grade using 20mm graded stone aggregate) above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix M-25 grade using 20mm graded aggregate) Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Formwork flat to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 12 hereinbefore but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for pre-cast cement concrete masonary in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid block, exceeding 10cm in width setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1 :4 on concrete surfaces of roof slab and parapets mixed with WPC @ 4ml per kg by weight of cement shall be carried out all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ( WPC shall be measured and paid separetely)

Material and Labour for Filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Earth Obtained from excavation has to be utilized as per site requirement

Material and Labour for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 10cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 75 mm thick in sub-base concrete to flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces & applying a two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described.

Supply and fixing of 0.63mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C2, (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), 100mm thick as in plinth protection / Sub base flooring, finishing surface fair and even, in panels & filling joints with mortar, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/columns complete all as specified and directed.
