Cleaning 10 user septic tank by opening cover, pumping out sewage water and taking out accumulated night soil, sludge’s, brick bats or any other items, (both solid and liquid) and removing to a distance exc 50.00 metre but not exc. 100.00 metre, and buried under ground (minimum 300 mm below ground level), sprinkling bleaching powder on deposited sludge’s at pit including excavation of pits, returning, filling in and dressing of surplus soil / ground to slope as required, again spreading bleaching powder on filled earth and upto 1.00 metre around the trenches/pit not less than 500 grams per square metre, re-fixing the cover after cleaning of septic tank complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per Serial item No.1 above but 25 users, complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per Serial item No.1 above but 50 users, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning manhole depth not exc. 0.50 metre by opening cover and taking out accumulated brick bats, garbage, silts or any other items, removing and carrying same to a distance exc. 50.00 metre but not exc. 100.00 metre and buried under ground (minimum 300mm below ground level) including excavation of pits and returning, filling in and dressing of surplus soil ground to slope if required, re-fixing the cover after cleaning of manhole, complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No. 04 above but depth of manhole exc. 0.50 mtr and not exc. 1.00 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No. 04 above but depth of manhole exc. 1.0 mtr and not exc. 2.00 mtr, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning gully trap (manhole type) depth not exc. 0.50 metre by opening cover and taking out accumulated night soil, sludges, brick bats or any other Items, removing and carrying same to a distance exc. 50.00 meter and not exc. 100.00 meter and buried under ground (minimum 300mm below ground level), re-fixing the cover after cleaning of gully traps including excavation of pits and returning, filling in and dressing of surplus soil, ground to slope if required, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning 150 mm dia bore sewage line by roding from manhole, septic tank, gully trap etc. with rods , bamboos, rotary cleaner etc. and well flushing with water complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for cleaning of blocked wash hand basin (WHB), kitchen sink, water closet, complete all as specified and directed. Note : One sweeper to be detailed on regular basis for daily clearance of blockage complain.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) soil, waste and ventilating pipe single socket in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall with mild steel clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) soil, waste and ventilating pipe single socket in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to Wall with mild steel clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 75 mm bore (dia) PVC (SWR) bends of any radius, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm bore (dia) PVC (SWR) bends of any radius, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece , single (Single Y) equal or unequal fixed to existing pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 75 mm bore (dia) PVC (SWR) Tee, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm bore (dia) PVC (SWR) Tee, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. of any descriptions and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work in one brick thick walls with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with subclass‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore or gauge not exceeding 63mm of broken stone deposited spread levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface as in footpath and passage, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggegate) as in surface channel and drain, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in walls in cement mortar 1:4, mixing with WPC as per manufacturer instructions and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after)

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coat of white wash on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (RCC), 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes,septic tanks, kit slab, pillar, column etc including use and waste of necessary formwork after demolition of old reinforced cement concrete (RCC) works as in (cover slab of manholes, septic tank, kit slab or similar articles) of any description or any position not otherwise specifically provoded for, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends binding with and including mild steel wire not less then 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc as in drains, manholes not exc 10 sqm on plan and nexc1.5 m in depth and getting out as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material or soil not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soils, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200 mm diameter ( Internal) soil-glazed stoneware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed after demolition and breaking up 200 mm dia (Internal) drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
