Supply, Erection, commisioning and testing of Solar Power plant on gride system: 5.0KWp with various components and technical specification as specified here under including the compreshensive maintenance(CMC) for 5 years. a) Solar Photovoltaic module as per MNRE standards SPV Panel specifications:5.0KWP Modules -25 years warranty. (as per MNRE standards test certificate should be enclosed) b) Solar Grid Tie Inverter with MPPT charge controller of capacity - 5 KVA complete- 5years warranty.(As per MNRE standard test certificate should be enclosed). c). Mounting structure & Electrical Accessories mounting structure design to withstand wind velocity to 150Km/hr, Structure material - Hot dip galvanized steel with a minimum galvanization thickness of 120 microns or aluminium alloy, bolts,nuts,fastners,panel mounting clamps,stainless steel SS 304 mounting arrangements for RCC -flat roof with PCC (1:2:4)as per MNRE standards. which inclusive of DC Distribution board DC Distribution panel to receive the DC output from the array field. DC DPBs shall have sheet from enclosure of dust & vermin proof conform to IP65 protection. The bus bars are made of copper of desired size. Suitable capacity MCBs/MCCB shall be provided for controlling the DC power output to the PCU along with necessary surge arrestors with suitable incomer and outgoing,AC DISTRIBUTION PANEL BOARD AC distribution panel board DPB) shall control the AC power from inverter and should have necessary surge arrestors. Interconnection from ACDB to mains at LT Busbar to be carried out and complete equipment along with metering to be installed ACDB. Requirements/specifications of ACDB may be changed as per site conditions. An ACDB to be provided at the cable terminating point emanating from onverter for interconnection control of dedicated electrical loads with suitable incomer and outgoing
