Clearing grass and removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening of berms, disposal of the stuff including all labour, T&P articles required for the work etc.complete as per clause 201 of MORD.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 mtrs .

Providing laying and compacting graded stone agregate to wet mix macadum specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base and base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive desired density etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5mm thick Built up spray grouting in one layers using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm with 0.12 cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying etc (To be used for minor repair works only )

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor @ 0.60kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 502 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th.Revision) [Output-3500 sqm]

Providing and applying Tack coat over the bituminous surface, with bitumen emolusion (RS-1) using emolusion distributor cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical (MORD) specification as per clause no.503.

Providing and laying S.D.B.C of 25mm thick on prepared surface and laying with paver finisher to the required level rolling with paver finisher etc complete.

Earth work in ordinary soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means including loading into & transportation by transport vehicles & unladoing the same on Properly prepared surface including rough dressing & breaking clods etc. all complete.
