Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/ dense soil each hole n. exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas in soft/loose soil n. exc. 1.50m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 mtr and not exceeding 100m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n. exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigments over sand cushioning laid as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brickwork with flyash bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick/ concrete surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on walls including preparation of newly plastered surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in CM 1:6 as in coping, kerbs, channels, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-B Roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails ,column/ vertical posts and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 11mm to 15mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&f pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering with cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
